is there any way to unbrick it?
iam on hboot 1.27
s-on
i did a mistake by flashing rom after the ICS update from HTC
i cant even boot,it stuck on htc logo,can go into CWM,
sorry for bad eng

To be honest mate, I'm not sure how successful they were, as I'm not a developer for that, I can't help you with it.

Hoe successful? The my have it fully working its just that they are making a noob friendly tutoriak because it's quite confusing and will take some time.

as you go to cwm its not bricked if you got unlocked hboot. flash the gb firmware and then flash the stock ruu ..then you can use revolutionary tool to soff

Stock on HTC screen. Need help!

I have a problem. I have a HBOOt ver. 1.23 and my device is been S_OFF. I also have a Android Revolution ICS custom rom. So, I try to downgrade to official 2.3, but I do somethimg stupid. I put S_ON on my device and now my device is S-ON, HBOOT 1.23,Radio-11.19.3504.29.2 and its stock on htc homescreen.I try to install RUU_Pyramid_HTC_Europe_1.35.401.1_Radio_10.43a.9007.00U_10.51.9007.27_M3_release_198179_signed but there is a problem, error 155.
My englis is not good, sory. Is any know how to solve a problem? Send me if you know step by step solution.

Try putting s-off again, and just flash another rom. Honestly i would think that would be the best.

Its not posible put s off, becouse revolutionary only have s off for h boot 1.18. And its not possible to downgrade h boot from 1.23 to 1.18. Is anybody have also these problem and fix them?

Hi, i have one sensation 4G with hboot 1.180000, unlocked with htcdev and S-ON; My cid is T-MOB010
The problem is that is in bootloop and i can't install any rom!!
How can i do?

Enable smart flash in recovery...
If u r trying to flash ics Rom then u required ics firmware 3.33

If you don't already have it please download 4ext recovery. Then you will be able to enable smart flash. Because your S on you must use smart flash every time you flash a rom. Also make sure you have correct firmware as said in above post. Because your s on you must flash a bit differently than us with s off. I'm going to send you a link to flashing roms with s on. Skip down to where it talks about smart flash. This link will also show you how to permanently enable smart flash. Hope this is helpful. Hi,
What ROM did you try to install?
You are on a GingerBread firmware.
You cannot load any ICS ROMS.
And you cannot change firmware or radio with s-on.
S-off for you would be possible using Revolutioary.

I am currently reading your post.. i have read that first i have to s off my phone but i am not able to find the hboot version of my phone.. please help me to this guide.. i dont wanna brick my phone.. as i am having stock ROM and playing with custom ROM's first time.. if possible give me ur mail id..

Just rooted my XE today.dont dare to sOff bcoz my hboot is 1.29... thought its easy like my desire and desire hd.now stuck with S-on.
If a custom rom doesnt say need S-off, will it was a S-on?im confused to choose a rom here.flashed Viper with no success boot.it doesn't says need S-off either.

Tq for the answer but i cnot open the link due to net congested.a question here so i cnot flash rom using CWM?And neither cnot using ext recovery as it requires a S-off.what a hard here...really missed my desire and dhd.

Hi.i can read now all the instruction.i try flashing the 4ext recovery image but it wont boot.just stuck and automatically its reboot to stock rom.mean is i have no recovery now.have to install 4ext using wifi later..tq so much.

Manual flashing of custom recovery should work... Did the command was a success?

Going to supercid will not break your gprs.
Did you search the ROM thread or ask in there about gprs?

i changed my cid to supercid on my stock ROM and it broke my gprs.. now i again changed my cid to official one then also my gprs is not working..??

Btw what methods u used to s-off? Btw dear friends tq for the links i successfully flashed rom using smartflash 4ext and it automatically fix the boot image.but mine stil s-on isnt it?

i belive , is there any way i can get my sensation s off with windows 7 64 bit?

go to the juopunutbear thread and ask there for the windows version
but why your device is stuck?
what have you done and you are in that situation?
maybe you can avoid the way for using the ruu.exe
if i remember well you were the one you asked for ruu file am i right?

i was the one who asked for ruu but then i remembered the default is 4.0.4 with sense 3.6
witch TBH is **** E:
im not really stuck ive been a year without wifi nor s-off
and it's time for a change :good:
