From the top of my head, you need to deodex the Rom and the major hardwork is to resize all apks.. almost the entire Rom!

Really cool boot animation. Going to post a link to this in the desire z forum if thats ok?

Love it , can this be flashed like a normal zip package via recovery ?
Nice , if you could have the lighting actually burn the words Cyanogen 7 in the background then just electrify it ... would be even more impressive

2. On SD card open TWRP folder and create folder theme
3. Copy ui.zip in theme folder
4. Restart phone in TWRP and enjoy!
Note:
1.Our recovery have blue color problem i.e blue color is shown as red

If it's in the Pico's forum, then maybe it works??
Deleted a post. Advertising your work on someone elses thread is very bad style.

Xperia S Lockscreen by MR
Note: Screenshot isn't from HTC EXPLORER [ I'm on Jelly Bean ],This Lockscreen is not copied from anywhere this has been created by a guide on XDA, and it is 100% working. And this will give you XPERIA themed framework, as I copied PNGs from XPERIA Theme into our framework-res.apk. Enjoy the XPERIA Experience! :'D
hi,
i flashed this and got a bootloop, but the .zip was in a subfolder not in root of the sd.
is this important? using "Unofficial MiniCM9 3.0.5".
