Hi,
I have found both USB OTG and HDMI adapters for my SIII, but I wonder if it is possible to have both at once?

Hi. Ive recently bought an Ainol Novo7 Advanced 2 tablet. Now im trying to get my external bluetooth adapter to work with it.
I plug it in to the usb cable that connects to my tablet, but my tablet wont let me turn bt on. Any idea why?
Ive posted a topic over at Slatedroid as well (there is a spesific forum for this tab there), but ive got no answers.
Im running Android 4.0.3 on the tablet and ive flashed the tablet with a rom from the Slatedroid forums. Is that why bluetooth wont work? Because the creator of the rom didnt ported/mapped/whatever bt to be compitable on this device?
Any help or just a little clue would be greatly satisfying! Thank you, Vetle!

When you move from one area to another It would be awfully nice if you included a clickable link.

Most phone have OTG disabled in the kernel. You would need a custom kernel that has it turned on.

We have had Note 2 keyboard for months. Look in theme section. Synergy Rom and most others now have it. There may be Libs that are needed for a staight apk pull.
Using it right now. Its in the themes and apps section

Usb otg checker apps say it has all needed specifications but still can't mount any devices. Ive seen other kernels/roms made that are based on stock code but edited just enough to allow usb otg. Any advice on where to find info on this?
Hello,
Welcome to XDA.
Have you tried the Stickmount app?

Hi everyone!
I'm trying to transfer data from my phone to my tablet using USB OTG. So far without luck. When I plug my phone to the tablet it suggests opening the Gallery to transfer pictures.
In general USB OTG works, I can connect a mouse and everything. I can also transfer pictures from my camera to the tablet. From phone to tablet it doesn't work, no matter if I choose MTP or PTP for the connection.
The phone is a Galaxy S7 (G930F), the tablet a Tab S2 (T810). Both are rooted. How can I transfer data between them using MTP?
Thanks in advance for any help!
Hi there,
It seems that you already found the best place on XDA to post your question for both devices. Please try to understand that this forum is for point you in the correct direction with your problem/device.
Good luck
Hey Razvan!
Thanks for the advice. I posted it here, as I assume it is a general problem and doesn't have much to do with the devices used. I just gave the information about the devices for completeness.
Is this the wrong place to ask general questions that are not related to a specific device?
