Buddy there is nothing wrong with ur cell this problem is due to ur pc.
May be you Have connected your pc to inverter or there is earthing problem in ur house.
I have same problem with my pc but with laptop everything is all right.
And one more thing this problem is not only with your cell u can attach any company cell with your pc you will face same problem.

MMX A110 touch not responding
guyz, My friend is having MMX A110 and suddenly his touch stoped responding. after trying all the possible soln even I flashed the stock rom via Falsh tool it didnt work. But at last....
We removed the battery and inserted other A110's battery and the touch started responding. Now the old battery is also working fine. try this may that work for u guyz as well. Bst of luck.

I took it to the service center guys... it was a display problem. got replaced with a new display but took almost one month in the service center
so..my advice wd be to take it to the service center asap.
First touch takes lot of time to respond
Hi All,
I was facing the issue of complete non responsive touch , I thought digitizer might be the culprit (as I had replaced the LCD 3 months back) , but after lot of ROM flashes , touch started working again suddenly it stopped working . I thought it might be some software issue but didn't make much sense because I had tried all combination of removing SD , clearing data/cache and still issue appeared here.
Luckily I saw someone in this thread told about replacing the battery and that started to give some results.
Now , the issue is if the phone is in standby for long time , it takes a lot of time to start responding to touch , I have to keep pressing at various points on screen and after a minute it starts responding .
What is the exact issue , is it battery or the screen , or some syncing between both ?

I am facing issue of screen freeze for my canvas 2 a110. First it used to freeze for few mins after pressing the touch at different places it worked. But since few days it has stopped working. When i tried to do it hard reset the select button is not working. So, nothing is working. Anyone faced some issue? What do i do now?

After a few days on cm9 .. my touch screen become unresponsive.. at first it only take one time lock and unlocking it again to make it normal.. + another few day.. now it take many time to make it work.. after that i change back to ddkp3 with adipat kernel but the problem didnt go away fully it came back to 1 time lock back to fix the unresponsive.. i wipe cache/dalvik cache.. flash xxkp3>>ddkp still stay like that.. anyone else facing this?
there is also text of "safe mode" at the left bottom of the screen// fixed with switch on + volume up button
It seems like .. it happen when i reach deep sleep.. after it went to deep sleep and i want to use the phone this problem occur ..

its a hardware problem..instead of playing doctor doctor with it..go to a service centr..if ur still inwarranty..if not..thn well god bless..

Hmmm... I am going through a similar problem... I've noticed that when this unresponsiveness occurs and I keep my phone for charging the touch becomes normal again. But as soon as I disconnect the problem comes back.
I had this issue before too. When I was on TheFrankestains miui v10.5... And now I am on RemICS v2.
I'll like to mention here that on v1 of RemICS I didn't face this issue. In v2 the developer did mention a change in the kernel.
Also another er thing with the unresponsiveness the bln is acting weird too. Now I don't know what to conclude from all this.
And ya when it had occurred before I did take it to the customer service. And all they did was remove my screen guard and reflash the stock. :what:
The problem disappeared that time but it has resurfaced again. :sly:

Even I'm facing this issue and thats the exact reason i'm not going to service center. I doubt its a H/W issue cause the screen does work! If it had been a H/W problem then the shouldnt have been any touch response!
Its might be similar to backlight issue but too bad we're facing it on stock aswell.
I had posted a logcat in the dev ICS thread but no response from anyone.
If there are more people facing this issue then please come forward.
I got only one phone. . And i cant use it.

I'm on ICS Alpha V6 . I get this problem occasionally.
Problem occurs when i get a call and the touch becomes unresponsive. Not all the times but sometime. If i lock the screen and unlock it becomes proper. Sometimes it takes 2-3 locks and unlocks. Weird. Never had this problem in stock before .
Everytime this problem starts after a call. Happens on stock as well as custom Roms. Can't figure out if it's software or hardware problem. But the touch becomes normal when the phone's kept on charging.
Anyways going back to the customer service tomorrow. Will tell them to change the touch panel.

Probably Hardware, i am using RemICS v2 and NOT experiencing this issue on both my device and my sister's device (tried the call thing too)
I advise you guys to go to the service center (without a screen protector) and with the stock rom (so they don't have to flash anything) so they see it live, and hence there's no point of flashing stock again (over stock lulz) they'll probably change the screen for you.
i have the same problem now.. i dunno if i will ever get this phone fixed. my warranty's expired for a month.

Well all of a sudden my screen is working now, touch wood.
I'm in Chennai right now. Was having the problem in goa. Don't know if the weather has made a difference.
Will find out when I get back to goa.
Btw, I had flashed UCv15 yesterday. So try flashing it and stay on it for a few days.

im on stock ROM.. my touch screen is unresponsive after i unlock the screen..
sometimes i can press a few icons after unlock.. but most of the time i can press only once after i unlock the screen and then it does not respond... the soft buttons also do not work.. tried clearing cache, factory reset, flashed stock rom, etc....
P.S: the hardware buttons work fine!

It is a Hardware issue.
I gave my phone to the Service Centre yesterday. I called them today to check on the status. They said it's a hardware issue so they'll give it tomorrow. Let's hope for the best...
BTW I will get an extended warranty on the replaced part, won't I?

And the problem is back. Not entirely though.
After deep sleep if I unlock the phone, the touchscreen doesn't work. I have to lock and unlock to get it working.
After unlocking, once the display goes off, the menu and back keys stop working. Have to lock unlock again.
Had flashed cm9 stock kernel yesterday morning since gps isn't working for me in UCv15. Didn't face any problem yesterday after flashing stock kernel.

Hello guys...strange things are going on in my phone from last 2 months..at first it used to react as if the back softkey is prseed..it used to bring me back to home screen through all screens i passed to open a app (like setting->wireless and..->internet seting..->apn..)and reversly it sent me back to home without letting me to change any data.....then it used to act as if the option/search soft key is pressed..like if the home screen is not altered for 5 sec..the google search option opens...many times pressing home key took a screen shot...and my touch screen started to be unresponsive...firstly i could use my for but sometimes the screen remained unresponsive which could be fixed by pressing power button and locking the screen agin..then it used to response...now a days the phone hardly responces 2-5 times a day and accepts only one selection(like i may open app drawer but cant se;ect any app its frozen or open the phone app but no number could be pressed..its frozen)
i have flashed almost every rom but none fix the problem...recovery mode key test does not detect my 2 soft keys..
...samsung care is verry laggy here ..and irresponsible..last time they took my samsung j 150 and returned it after 3 months with a new defect of speaker blown and a huge billl..

On my device, if I put the phone in my pocket with the screen facing my thigh, i tend to sweat a bit in long pants and thus the phone gets some sweat on the screen. After wiping it off, the phone would not be very responsive. I would pull everything out and leave for a while, I assume water had gone in, then it worked. So is something similar happening?

First of all..THANKS for your reply..yes..u r very right..even in early days(near abt 3 months..when problem started) the phone used to be more unresponsive after taking it out of my pocket..but pulling off didnt fix anything..a funny fact (may be logical due to drynesss) is keeping the phone in a.c room makes it work for a while(not the soft keys..every thing else)..so your guess is right..but pulling out all didnt help me..

sorry..but i left my phone for 3 hours after pulling..a little better screen ulocks but then keeps on giving haptic feedback as if search/option softkey is pressed..tomorrow going to leave it in the sun..
i forgot to say..my phone used to freeze a little or lot from the very first of purchasing while charging..removing the charger fixed all

Then your problem may not be the same. Maybe a hairdryer will do. If it still doesn't work then maybe it's your touch panel. My phone works perfectly at home

Me too think that its not the touch sceen..but something due to the softkeys...i have been observing my phone from the first day of fault...but may be the touch panel is faulty...not sure..any way thanx for your active responce...
I think you should clean up your phone and then cover the gaps between the glass and the chrome colored plastic design.

This can happen also due to bad flash or kernel malfunction...due to wifi panic
Try flashing zero fill tar and flash fresh rom.

Deep sleep kernel panic makes the phone unresponsive when exposed to some heat and moisture... generally a clean flash would solve the problem...
zero fill is a tar file that helps clean the system by removing all the previous system data..just flash any rom after flashing zero fill.tar normally.
also you have to take care that screen stays out of sweat(moisture)

Unconventional, but if you wanna check the softkeys you could open up the phone (it's really easy if you use a guitar pick) and disconnect the buttons. Phone should still boot. If the behaviour is better, you could swap the softkeys for a replacement and problem solved. I take no responsibility for this. I myself have changed some electrical parts including the display, but I cannot say for sure that the phone boots without the softkeys connected without taking permanent damage. But you sound like it can only get better^^

Recently i am facing some problem , i flashed MPICS rom in that if my leave my phone for a while my phone becomes dead and i have to hard reset to come back , so i thought it was the rom so i flased PURUMOD i faced the same problem so i changed the kernel to fugumod then i din face the problem .....doing ok ....since the problem did not come anymore i wanted to give a try to MPICS so flashed it but have a regular problem in MPICS my apks in sdcard wont load after restart , this was a regular problem for me in MPICS so again i flashed an cm7 rom and the issue i faced was the soft keys is always on or always off , then i again degraded to KYRILLOS 9.6 to feel safe i am facing the soft key issue in that also ....so any help does this all mean my phone is soon going to be *ucked up

actually my problem started just after flashing purumod rom...i ignored the issues then as they were in little amount...so didn't reflashed...later...it was tooo late..now its surely a hardware fault....

You are scaring the hell out of me , righht now i am on Kyrillos 9.6 rom and not facing any of the issues but i am scared to flash any gingerbread or ics (or) Jelly bean i can right not saty with kyrillos but if jelly bean is released i wont be able to control myself and i would flash it hope i wont brick my phone later:laugh:

I'm not an expert but is a really strange bug.. maybe if you install some rom like FlyonGB in the development part, it will be fixed.. I'm not sure but you can try...
Make XXKPE full install without root or diodex and check again....if you still face this problem there is a big chance it's related to the hardware
Btw, I am not an expert.
I got mine fixed by replacing the cable flex it was a hardware problem

I have my Galaxy R which is 2.5 yr old. Few days back my BACK and OPTIONS buttons were not working. As i am rooted i edited the files and disabled them and now using Button Savior.
Now the entire touchpad is not working. Screen is perfect , no scartches , no crack , but TOUCH is UNREPONSIVE . Reached out to Samung Service Center , they tested with *#0*# and said my touch is problem and they said it would cost Rs.7000.
Is there any inexpensive way of making this working ? I have seen some kind of Digitizer in some websites , would that be of help ? Or shall i reach out to some local shops to see ?

Hmm... weird issue. Try flashing another ROM (or stock ROM if u prefer it) and see if the issue persists. If it doesn't work, might be a hardware issue.

a few weeks a go my father in law brought me he's tablet ,it booted but stopped after a few seconds ,everything was gone and the screen didn't responde ,multi csc ....so i downloaded the link here ,witch i am very thankfull for ,and after a hard reset ,installed it and i hoped that would have been enough but no can do,the screen still no response ,is it possible it's broken than? we find it strange causse he always took very good care of it ,never dropped it on the floor , has bought the case for extra protection .
Is there a way i can test it ore is there something i can do before i get a new screen so i can be sure ?
