i am a novice in this matter. i want a thorough step by step guideline for:
1) how to make backup of my company provided ROM and how to reinstall it after 5/6 month?
2) how could i get root access of my my phone without disturbing the company fitted ROM?
3) how to install a new ROM & where should i get it?

Is your device the i9100? So many S2 variants... Need to be sure before doing anything.
Here is a complete guide for the i9100 ONLY.
It tells how to return to stock, root and much more.

Hi !!! what a good morning to all of you!!
Finally I fix my SAMSUNG SII wimax Firmware ISW11SC !!!!
I just used the stock rom that i download here is the link
samsung-updates.com/details/28721/Galaxy_S_2_WiMAX/ISW11SC/KDI/ISW11SCKDNE3.html
and flash it using ODIN3 v1.85 and PRAYING BEFORE FLASHING .. AND BOOM!!
IT FIX and UPGRADE TO 4.0.4 ICE CREAM
I HOPE IT THIS METHOD CAN HELP OTHERS IN THE FUTURE!

May be the ROM isn't compatible with your phone. Make backup of all your important stuffs and perform a factory reset. If this does not help you try flashing the Stock ROM

In relevant to your question, download the stock ROM and use SP Tool to flash the stock ROM. It is very easy dude and you don't find hard to do that.
NOTE - Backup all your stuff before doing anything to your phone and don't forget to thank me

And also, can you explain what you need help with, I mean, you put crying emojis and unless you are using touchwiz as a stock ROM, I don't see the hurry.
Hint: If you are bricked, flash stock ROM via fastboot.
