Can anyone supply me with left and right white non transparent icons similar to the ones in the first picture?
For those who tried this layout, are the hotspots working properly for you?

With Nova the screen grids will be different and the hotspots will not align perfectly on top of the pictures, if you want to try it, just edit the positions of the UCCW hotspots, but that will take time to make them perfect.
My advice, stay with Apex bro, it looks and behaves better

thanks for the images, but unfortunately the ones i wanted were too wide, so i used different ones
i will add more stuff later on, such as XDA or Dropbox...
if anyone wants to swap two different choices, like for example whatsapp on the second screen instead of facebook, or anything else, you let me know

Hey mate, I guess the left and right white non transparent icons can make by set an Apex actions on home screen, one action for Screen 1, another for Screen 2, then change the icon with whatever icon we want
I dont got Photoshop so I'm not able to set the apps I want in right place.
The new screens u made have some of the apps I want but not really set up like would like to have.
But still thanx for your quick reply

No problem, I'll do it for you soon. I'm sure any other members will like it set up that way.
About the weather, I will only add a UCCW widget for it to use on the first blank screen.

This is a "port" of Android Phone 7 (HDPI) made to fit our smaller device screens.
All credit goes to newone757 for creating the idea.
I recreated the templates to better fit MDPI devices, and threw in some different icons that I used to create what you see in the preview.

Instructions:
1. Download icon pack from bottom of post and extract to your SD card
1. Install LauncherPro (and activate Plus features to be able to resize the widgets properly)
2. Install Desktop Visualizer
3. In LauncherPro settings, under Advanced set homescreen rows to 5
4. Create a Desktop Visualizer(Large) widget with chosen image, and resize to correct dimensions (3x1 or 1x2)
5. Align them as shown in screenshot
6. Profit?
I also included PSD templates for the 3x1 and 1x2 images so you can feel free to create your own. Only thing to make sure you do is set the Clipping Mask on the 3x1 icon.

Since youre taking requests...have anything good for setcpu or twitter? 3x1 and/or 1x2...Thank you! Wish I could figure out how to be creative!
Below are some screenshots of some icons i put together.. my only problem is they don't look crisp and clear.. the full images were very clear images and were at least double in size if not larger before i resized them down. To avoid blurriness none have been resized larger..
im using the DVR Large widget as well... i can not figure out why it doesn't look clearer.. any ideas?
First of all, i must thank and congratulate you for you good work in this "porting".
I would like to know, if possible, what font did you use in the icons. I'm trying to do some extra icons on my one, but since i like the ones you made, i want my icons to match them.
Thanks in advance.

Your awesome man!
Hi, where do I insert the 3x1 and 1x2 file so that it is recognized by the desktop Visulizer.
My english is not so good translation of google
Hey guys, ive made myself some custom icons as i wasn't really happy with what was out there. Ive set them up with Desktop Visualizer so they are bigger.
If anyone else is interested id be happy to upload them and share them to the community.
im also in the process of making a hancent theme to match, and the app market
If anyone does end up wanting them and you need a icon i'll make it for you, only if you request it like this
Application name
Colour you would like (if other colours end up being made)
So i guess this is my contribution to the community lol
My home screen setup with them

Actual size of icons in .psd, so you can have them pretty big on the homescreen if you want.
INSTRUCTIONS
You'll need
- Home Screen replacement adwEX / Launcher Pro ect... ( I use adwEX so ive only tested on that)
- Home screen setup to 10x10
- Desktop Visualizer + config tool (both free in market)
- Folder Organizer (optional)
First setup your home screen to 10x10 and install DVR
Copy all the .pngs to the dvr folder on your sd card
Long Press the home screen and create a dvr config widget, place it in the top left corner and tap on it, set it to 10x10, exit out. Move it to the bottom right tap on it. It will confirm itself. You can delete that widget off the home screen now.
Long Press the home screen and create a DVR widget 2x1 for the size on my home screen or resize the widget 4x2 to have it double the size, or 8x4 for a HUGE one.
Tap on the widget to set it up, under "icon" select image and navigate to the dvr folder and image of choice.
Under action you can choose what you want the widget todo, ie; Launcher an app.
Leave the label blank, and touch effect to whatever colour you like. (im using blue)
When you are done, tap OK and your new icon/widget will be set up.
If you have folder organizer you can setup the app draw icon to link to the app folder via "other/folder organizer link/applications" in the DVR action menu. ( its how i have it setup)

No, as its considered as warez :/, but im sure if you google youll be able to find it.
I'd love to get this for my Tab (XXJID), but whenever I install a launcher (Launcher pro or ADWex) my tab reboots after a few minutes and is stuck in a boot loop.
Only way to fix this is removing the launcher in safe mode.
Do you have any idea how i could get this to work?
Does anyone know the actual pixel sizes for all the different sizes for desktop visualizer widgets on the tab?

Can't seem to recreate your theme
I've done the DVR config, set ADW EX to 10x10 then set the Widgets up to 2x1 but the icons are too big to fit 5 in a column. Any ideas where I've gone wrong?
Edit: fixed this by enabling 'auto stretch wifgets' in ADW settings
Also, where do we need to put fonts for Minimalist Widgets to be able to use it?

Well so far I've tried ADWLauncher Ex, ADW.Launcher, Launcher Pro and GO Launcher EX.
So far GO Launcher EX is the only one that at least works for almost a minute, before the Tab reboots and is stuck (started through the finished installation notification).
Pressing the home button does nothing except vibrating sometimes.
I’m surprised no one else has started this thread yet, but I guess since most don’t yet have S-Off and root it has not happened. The AlpharevX team are starting to make real progress in gaining S-Off without the need for XTC Clip, so it shouldn’t be long until we can all take screen shots!
All the other HTC family forums have the ‘Post Your Screenshots’ thread. I found it very helpful when I had my Desire. It’s where we can all share our knowledge on mods, widgets, wallpapers, themes....
If you post your screenshots, please also state what you have used to make them so others don’t have to ask. There is a very helpful widget guide from the Desire forum called ‘Most Wanted Widgets’ created by timmmah.l if you want some inspiration. Don’t forget to thank him!
I’ll also kick things off with my collection of 250+ wallpapers for you download and use. The vast majority of these I have gotten from the fantastic ‘Zedge’ app. Download from my Dropbox here...
http://db.tt/KxACVli
Don’t forget to give credit to mods/themes/skins if they are not your own. For example see my thread for the extra Skins here...
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1070613
Happy modding!
Example:
Skin: Black N Bold
Clock: Beautiful Widgets (SuperSense skin)
Weather Widget: Snowstorm
RSS Widgets: Google Reader Unread Count
Spark360 Xbox Live Widget
Player: PowerAmp Large Widget.

Mine is stock, so there's not much point showing mine, but I did want to post about an app that you can get (if you want to go searching for the apk, it is free just not availible outside Korea atm) called Tap Sonic. Runs really well on Desire S until you start trying to do 16ths correctly, which I think is just optimization issues xD
Also O2Jam Analog (another korean music game for android) runs pretty smoothly on the phone as well, some lag, runs at about 20 - 30 fps and goes lower with lots of notes on screen at once but most of the time I've been playing it runs smooth enough
I'll probably post up the one screen I use on my phone (because I hardly use the homescreens except the middle one as I like everything accessible from the front screen)
What's the weather widest on the second screen?

I myself put a lot of effort in customizing my Homescreens.

So ill start with 2 homescreens which even got FEATURED on lifehacker.com

I customized my homescreen to make it look simple, neat and smart, and it goes well with the Gingerbread green color.
I'm using the stock Gingerbread OS on my Samsung Galaxy SL with GO Launcher Ex as the launcher.
I am not using many widgets on my screen as I really like the wallpaper.
The Evil Android under the torn layer.
I've mainly kept all the Internet apps on the center screen. I use Minimalistic Text for the date.
You can tap the date to open any calendar app.
I've not kept any clock widget as the time is always there in the notification bar.
The black circle in the center is the Circle Launcher for more Internet apps which I don't use often but should be accessible quickly if I do need them. I also use Switch Pro for the Data connection and Bluetooth widget.
On the left screen, I again use Minimalistic Text for the battery. You can tap the widget to open the Battery Usage screen. I've kept this screen for things I don't do many times in a day (eg. Keep an alarm, Calculate things, or update or download a new app) but at the same time they shouldn't be far when I need them.
The right screen screen is for other utilities which I use regularly. I use Phantom Music Control for the music widget, which controls PowerAmp.
Though PowerAmp has its own widgets, I couldn't make those fit properly in the area I wanted and also there are no skins available for those widgets. So I'm using the Phantom Music Control widget as it gives options for customization including skins.
The icons are not included with any GO Launcher theme. I found some of them on the internet and others I've photoshopped. I made the wallpaper merging the Evil Android wallpaper which I found on Lifehacker and another from DeviantArt.

The second Homescreen.
2. The Aged Paper Homescreen.
Lifehacker link.
What I've done here is that I used this wallpaper, and cropped it in multiples of my screen resolution (480x800). That is, since I'm using three screens I cropped it in the resolution 1440x800.
I'm using GO Launcher EX launcher which uses a grid based home screen layout, so I created a grid in Photoshop to map the text icons. Those text icons are not actually icons.
I used the text tool in Photoshop to create them using various handwriting fonts which I found on the internet. Those texts are on the wallpaper itself.
The reason behind this was it gave me freedom to orient the text in any way i wanted and could use more space on the home screen. If I had made an icon file of the text and then had replaced it on the screen then that would had confined the text in the grid box which sometimes results in cropping of the icon depending on available space.
I used MultiPicture Live Wallpaper to set each screen's wallpaper. This allowed me to use the whole image as the wallpaper. After setting each screen's wallpaper I used a "blank" icon to replace each home screen icon.
When it comes to widgets: On the home screen and the left screen I've used Minimalistic Text with one of the fonts. The Data connection and Bluetooth toggle is Switch Prowidgets. Lastly, PowerAmp is on the Right screen.

The Cube Homescreen originally made by Alex T, All credits go to him.
I only made this tutorial to make this Layout fit onto our sensation as it was made for the Galaxy Nexus
I have made a Video Guide as well as offering all the needed files
Needed:
Apex Launcher with a Hidden status bar (to launch it just edit your Behavior Settings in Apex to Swipe Down==>show notifications)
4 Homescreens, with 8x5 grid.
Please notice the settings in the beginning of the video, you need to have the same for the best result.
Note: the READ ME includes notes needed in PA ROM, if you're not on it, please ignore those notes.
Classy
Guide:

-Other Black Icons i used===>http://www.mediafire.com/?4r9t481pgp9v98y forgot where i got those so i can't give credit...
Colorful
All the files needed: http://www.mediafire.com/?id9r11l4a3q3u89
The colors of each UCCW widget can be changed to your preferences.
Latest Addition: Double Tap Wallpaper Change
Thanks to the option available in multipicture LWP
PS: Picture source is ALBUM, the video lagged sorry
If anyone wants different wallpapers, they can simply edit the stock wallpaper included in the previous files, or post it here and i'll do it for you
Wallpapers used in the video + New ones===>removed because those had the old faulty wallpaper and Whatsapp instead of Messages. i might add some later, or you can do other wallpapers yourself using the STOCK wallpaper added in the files
Having trouble with weather icons? Here's the way they should be named
I tinkered a bit with the wallpaper
Download
Enjoy!

You need to edit your location in UCCW settings. set in manually (i prefer it manual) or auto.
also you may edit the frequency of the weather update (but for seem reason it sticks to one hour for me)
