[APP][2.3+] Obsqr 2.6 Beta

Have you ever been annoyed with extra options in a QR code reader when you just want it to scan QR and show the result? This was the reason why I started to develop my own light and clear QR reader - Obsqr.
Obsqr features in a nutshell:
can scan QR codes of the following types: URL, e-mail, geolocation, Android Market link, phone number, sms, contact information and plain text.
open-source ( find the sources here - https://bitbucket.org/trikita/obsqr )
is based on the zbar lib
ad-free
can be ran on x86 Android devices
English, Russian, Swedish, Dutch, Portuguese, Italian, German and Turkish localization. If you can speak other languages and would like to help with the translation - let me know!

Why it stretch the camera?

Thanks for information!
On my device it's hard to notice. Suppose, a camera and screen ratio are very different on your device.
I think I should crop the photo image to fit a screen ratio in the future versions.

I've fixed ratio problem. Now it doesn't stretch camera preview (since release version 2.3).

for me apps like QRDroid where bound to my search Button on my phone..
But your app does not show up on that App list wenn i hold the Search Button, could you add that feature
Nethertheless this is by far the best QR Code scanner i've been using I hate how all the others are bloated with features no one wants

It is a pleasant surprise to have an app that doesn't require a shopping list of permissions to perform a simple task.
I am a fan before I even finished the install.

Fantastic work, my friend! I get all happy inside when I come across simple minimalistic apps that can do what they're intended to do AND do it better than other bloated ones.
There has to be a way to implement this into the main main AOSP camera app. IMO functionality like that has been missing for quite some time. Maybe you can contact and work with whoever develops camera mods for the Cyanogen team? I dunno...

Hey, I've a phone with qHD screen and version 2.3 doesn't work for me.

Hey now it works on my phone with qHD screen. One trivial bug though, when i click to open the link, i get haven't set a default browser, so i get complete action using dialog, if go back from here, i get blank screen.

Any plans to add WiFi key QR code support? Like Barcode scaner has, thats the only thing missing from the app & thats all thats keeping Barcode scanner installed on my phone. If you added this i don't think i would need any other barcode/QR scanner. So far the app is grate nice & fast clean & simple its just what i was looking for.

It would be helpful to have an option to repeat a level after you completing, in case you aren't satisfied with your score.
But all in all it's a nice game with a lovely amount of details and good atmosphere.

Thank you for the feedback, really appreciate it! I think I may have solved it, but not 100% sure since I don't have a Nexus 5x, at least it seemed to work OK on the emulator. Looks like the problem is I need to set the transparency value for black to 100%. Interestingly, all the other phones I've tested doesn't have this problem.
Also, include a massive update (5/6/16) on the release. Account Balance chart and data export, plus others. Version number is 17.10.03, you may need a few minutes before it gets published on the Playstore.

Just got update to 17.11.03 and dark theme bug is fixed, thanks for the quick solution!!

On a separate note, was really pleased to see bluecoins in top 11 when you search "personal finance" on playstore. The reviews has been really encouraging, and been getting 200 downloads/day last 3 days. Will break 1000 today. While not making any money at all, the joys of rekindling my passion and the positive feedback has been worth the 6 months experience effort I've put up so far.

Yeah, your app i kind of innovating in my opinion.
I tried many many apps and i am still trying out some apps. Google Play Store suggested Bluecoins so i installed it to try it out as well.

edit: a small suggestion-can you maybe make arrows in main UI on phone while playing a bit bigger? they are really tiny to press on my screen and there is so much more space.

ive been dying to have proper time killer games on Chromecast since i owned it. the ones that do exist, dont work very well anyway. so this is refreshing and also with the games like this you dont mind a bit of latency that happens.

Sorry for the delay - code sent! I'm planning to add more French lessons soon. Would love to add Turkish too, however, now I'm focused on polishing the app and finishing several languages :laugh:

Update 1.1.0:
- Improved interface
- Fixed bugs and crashes
- Updated Thai, Russian and Korean alphabet packages
- Updated animation
- Added male voice to conversations in addition to female :laugh:

I would love to see many languages added :laugh: Hopefully if there will be enough interest in the app so I will be able to do so. I am definitely going to add German soon

The App looks so nice and clean, good job! I had spanish in school for 2 years but was busy with other stuff.. now i regret it that i didn't pay attention in class and want to learn it on my own! Do you still have a code for spanish?
