I have recently purchased an product and that is china based one and i would like to root it so that i can remove all the unwanted apps that are provided with the Android OS as sys app ( all the free apps are loaded in to the tablet memory ) and i am not able to uninstall them , and is there any possibility to upgrade it to latest Jelly bean with custom roms , if any one has done this please let me know ,
for now i just know its MK6575 1.Ghz processor i will update the more info when i try to find with some tools.
Currently its running 4.0.4 ICS.

Hello 2 weeks ago I buyed chinese GS3 I bought it on Slovenian selling site they sold it as a Samsung galaxy s3 but I knew from the beggining it is copy. Problem there is that i want to update android to JB (or if someone have another custom rom) but i don't know where to find right firmware??
Also I can't get CWM recovery work on it so I don't know how can I flash firmware Is there any way to do it with a computer?

Anyone been able to port over android lollipop to the sm-g900h mtk6592.
Rooting and cwm has all been successful.
Tried porting it over myself by I'm honestly inexperienced and unable for it.
I looked around every where and tried over roms and none seem to work.
An other issue I have is that any rom i install even if it's for my mtk and model number it still bricks the phone in a bootloop.

It's unlikely that anyone has ported Lollipop to your device because its a copy. The copy devices like yours often use Mediatek chips but in different configs making them a niche section of android devices so developers rarely bother to port firmware to them as they are all very different so it's difficult/impossible to port firmware to work on most of them. Also because Lollipop is a new release if it was ever going to be ported to your phone it will be later as they need time to get a working port.
Sorry about this but it is one of the many issues associated with "knockoff" devices. :crying:

I have that tablet too. Also bought from Aliexpress. It is a real piece of crap: very slow and freezes often. It was advertised as a octa core tablet, but it is not. It is a quad core tablet. So i filed a dispute procedure at Aliexpress.

YOU can remove gapps and use microG, if you need play market/It save the RAM of your device which is very small( 1GB or 2GB)
