AirPush - fake statistics??? - Android Apps and Games

Hello DEVs,
I'm affraid this is not the right place to post this thread, but is somehow related to an application that I have released it recently, Bluehood. I started 2 marketing campaigns for it, one with AirPush and one with AdMob and I want to know if my experience with AirPush is something normal or not. The AirPush campaign is setted to 10$ per day 0.03$ per click, the lowest bid. What's strange to me, as a beginer with AirPush, is that every day it reaches the total number of possible clicks at almost the same number of impressions. At the lowest bid and daily budget I thought that maybe it will not even reach the budget in some days.
Please let me know if this behaviour is normal with AirPush.
Many thanks!

I have not tested all the application published here
But what I can tell you is that ad push notification are very badly viewed by advanced users.
And in this forum, there are not so many newbees (compared to the lambda user).
I would use adMob if I had to pay to get some ad for my app.
It was my 2 cents.

Nanogroove A SCAM!!!!!!!!

Took them 2 weeks but I just got my serial number.
Mods you can delete this post or change the title of the thread
Just use SciLor's Groove mobile. It's free & does the same job. I don't know how someone can make a program like nanogroove to access a server that is freely accessible & charge for it anyway.
It's not a scam, not sure why you didn't get your code but I got mine.
I emailed him before with a support question and got an answer after a couple of days. But I feel your pain, sucks to wait for these kinds of things.
I can agree that it's a little weird to charge for an app that uses a free service. but hey, it works and looks nice.

Agreed. Absolutely brilliant app... interface... sound quality... everything is perfect.
Sorry that you have trouble to register.
To me Nanogroove rocks! Great interface, etc...
The only trouble is the data consumption...
My data plan (Unlimited but restricted above 1GB) is over every month.
That's the reason why I made a little soft, called Keep Groovy, in order to store on the device the song I listen the most to reduce this data consumption!
It's available here in french and here in English with Google translation
At this time, the soft is in French, I apologize for the inconvenience.
If enough english speaking people are interested I could make an english version.
If someone is interested: help yourself!
Thanks a lot Yann.
I will give it a try now.
They took care of me. Take my words back.
Took them 2 weeks to respond...

No need for insults!!!
What makes you think that I am a moron? Or a low life scumbag?
And what is BS? - That I purchased an application and did not get my serial for 2 weeks?
Did you develop the App and got pissed off from my post?
What would you think if you buy an app and do not receive and activation code for 2 weeks?

Most indeed are just an alternative interface to the normal market. The others are mostly manufacturer or operator specific versions.

Wow... I don't see any problem with posting this, but for real... why the heck do you type like that? I'd rather not read another post of yours formatted in such a way. It's not clever, and it doesn't make you look smart.
I do have to say one thing though. Anyone can make a list of programs, to provide people with something useful however.. that is another task. You give no information about these programs, you give no reference to the authors of these programs, you give no information about where to legitimately acquire these programs.. I would also doubt that all of these vendors want you distributing their software without permissions, even if they are available for free.
If you want people to view your posting as helpful, you may want to reconsider your approach. Format your text in a helpful and organized method (it's not a headline, or a title to a book). Include helpful and concise information about the applications. Provide links (at the very least) to the webpages associated with the applications. etc.

On topic, thanks for this but I don't want to go downloading 16 apks and installing a bunch of things without knowing what they actually are... can anybody tell me what is worth my time that has tried these?

Hold on.....all sarcasm aside, im really curious.
you posted a lot of things here, and the way your OP makes it sound is that these apps (or "Market Alternatives" as you call them), offer apps that you cannot get on the android market. Is this correct? Or are these, in fact, just another place to get the same apps that are on the Android Market??
Let's ask this different; Have you tried some of the alternative markets? And did you stick to anyone of them?
I totally agree there are a lot of things that could be improved in the stock market, but I'm not going to try all the versions you've posted Can we cross some of the list?

An app like this has some legitimate uses and some more "shady" ones if you will.

[APP] Tooyoou (alpha)

I am not the developer of this app, I just want to share how great the idea of this app is. You get paid for just placing an ad on your home screen. The banner only use up 1x4 space, any screen. The down side is, this app require 24/7 internet connection, wifi/edge/3/4G. I have been using this app for a day now and the app didnt drink much of the battery life.
For more information, check out the video or their web site.

If I am breaking any rule for doing this, please remove this thread. My apology.

Yeah, saw this on phandroid... I haven't noticed any battery drain the two days i've had it.
One guy said that the more widgets the more money you get. Right now with it in Alpha it's only apps advertised but eventually they will try to get more. Some guy says he has multiple widgets and earns 2-4 bucks a month. Realistically you are looking at .75 or less I think most people said. I'll report back after a month of usage. I'm probably one of the few people that doesn't mind ads, how else do you learn what's out there?

root call blocker pro on android 4.4.2

Hi,
Does anyone know if this application is working with 4.4.2 KitKat? I have already read the help file and i cannot block with the Schedule (it is active under settings by the way).
i want to:
1) block number X from 0h to 12h
2) allow number X from 12h to 0h
Can the application do this automatically?
Please let me know if there is a bug or something with the 4.4.2 android version or my phone because i am trying to do this for almost a week without results. It either blocks all calls no matter what i set in the schedule or allows them all.
Regards
Bump
Please contact the developer.

It should be, but if not, you can ask the dev. WARNING: Dev have attitude if he "feel" you don't know what you're doing. Check out his responses to all the reviewers (even 4 stars review!) in Google Play. The only thing stopping me from purchasing his app and what I NOT recommend to my friends.

Oh you have a problem with my attitude do you? Could it have something to do with noobs considering me "arrogant" because unlike them i actually know what im talking about? Or that the disclaimers are there for good reason, not some frivolous lazy developer? Whatever man... i remember around the time you joined XDA things were much different. People didnt just assume that because they knew how to root their phones and could write letters directly to the developer, they were fully justified in making rediculous demands like "lets get this straight alan, i downloaded the free version of your app and i dont want to have to go to the settings to set it up, thats for morons with too much time on their hands...".
