i made a windows phone resembling mod adding essential windows ui applications
strictly not my work just collected apk's and added to Rom
and modding now with psycoder to make it much better

yeah, i am happy to see your initiative, just for a suggestion, why dont u use CM10 beta # 3 as base? Currently i am using it on my pico and its greatly stable

for me mobile data is damn unstable on cm10 bro so using cm9 only
ofcourse we can use cm10 as base i havent done any modifications relevant to operating system its just a bunch of apps and some edits and themes

yeah sure buddy... i am also facing a bit of mobile data problem but that i observed is for some particular connections only... my docomo and aircel are running fine... but a bit issues with reliance and airtel...
anyways no off topic drifting, coming to the point, WP for PICO is coming!!! hell yeah!!!

yes but having a full pledged modded rom is better than having to go for paid apps to get full functionality hence we are delaying the release of the Modded Rom to give u the best of the Windows Mod Launcher:highfive:

Hello everyone!
My name is Hootan and I work on XDA in my free time.
I've ported MIUI Notes to the other Android versions as a new project and changed it in the way I like.
It supports Android 2.1+ (SDK 7)
I hope you enjoy it.
Credits
The credits belong to @HootanParsa and MIUI company.
I've 'Ported' "MIUI Notes" means that I decompiled the app and extracted all useful resources, then I created a new project with a new package name with my prefix "com.android.minotes" and tried to remake all classes and create all the objects which couldn't work on the other ROMs (2.1+ MIUI and non MIUI ROMs). I also used some methods from MIUI open source project.
I estimate this project took about 230 hours to make.
Sharing:
All of the developers have free license to add this app in their custom ROM as default.
All of themers have full permission to modify this app and change the theme as they want.
You can also modify this app for translating strings in your language.

I can't open it. Afer clicking on the app there comes a white screnn and then the screen that it can't open.

THIS IS A STOCK MUSIC PLAYER PORT FOR ALL GINGERBREAD ROMS YOU DON'T NEED TO BE ROOTED TO INSTALL IT.
THERE ARE STILL SOME ISSUES LIKE THE EQUALIZER DON'T WORK IT FORCE CLOSES ALSO THE SONGS OPTION AND PLAY LIST DON'T WORK.
BUT APART FROM THAT EVERYTHING WORKS IT PLAYS MUSIC PROPERLY. :good:

thank you! well software like htc sense and samsung's touchwiz and in this case the lg software they all are based on aosp the aosp is heavily modified and the companies put on their own closed source codes so you will have rewrite some of the xml files you find in the apk which you want to port and add some universal code i dont know how to explain it well but i hope this was helpful and thanks you again.

You can use ad2sdx.someone test it.unzip it，and use re explorer to copy the 40ad2sdx to system\etc\init.d.Remember to change the permissions.
i tried this rom with cronmod A2SD++. It's too lagy for me & home button didn't work. Did not try w/out a2sd script, maybe much smooter w/out it. Thanks for your hard work but i'm switching back to 2.3.30 gb.
I'm trying it right now with A2SD+, it feels OK. My home button works, my overral impression is good, smooth, a bit under other jb roms, but almost the same of VJ's miui rom. Maybe a bit better though.
I needed to install the play store, even if i was able to configure my Google account.
I stay with this rom at the moment.
Someone knows if Xaomi will release jb 4.2 miui soon ? Then, this rom will have the benefit of lastest evervolv team work.

As far as I know miui is closed source. The only way to translate (the texts) it would be apktool but I don't think that the algorithm and the engine could be changed.

for confirmed results use cwm5 by tj_styles. also the signature might be corrupted try redownloading.

reingtones removed to increase space on /system though there still are some left redo a media scan(from dev tools/spare parts).
Media scanning is taking ages for me(~3min)...n evn after installing crossbreeder i experienced sort of lags here and there...should i install any other scripts or apps (like v6supercharger, pimpmyrom, rammanager)..anybody using those plz share here
Guys those who want theme chooser for aokp;
Please copy "themechooser.apk" & "thememanager.apk" from cm10.1's system/app and copy it to aokp system/app...Set permissions and reboot it works...will post ss if u want proof

Use ram manager + crossbreeder...in ram manager as i said earlier in cm10.1 keep balance and set vm heap size to 64mb...and dont touch performance control...

Guys i'm facing a unusual problem on JB roms (CM 10.1 and AOKP). I cannot see all the contacts in contacts app.. eventhough I have around 200 contacts, its displaying only 89 of them. Any solution guys??
how's the battery backup on aokp specially on 3g ?

and for me this AOKP JB is very smooth. no lag. lot of free memory. only some fc on settings. otherwise way faster than cm10.1

My google play opens up but on clicking any app to install i get play store fc ...
i also flashed jb 4.2 gapps but i still get fc ..

Nopes. Not getting fc's while downloading from Play Store. Apps gets downloaded as usual.

Well i am using v6 supercharger along with patched services.jar and crossbreeder..now those scripts are like mother and father to my phone ..super smooth and thanks for themechoser suggestion

You can use it from any cm10.1 build till now....Im using it from 24/2 build...

Yup..i run everything except kernel, 3g and sd card enhancement mods in that script..
