You need to change sdcard to internal memory or choose internal memory. I think it cwm gives you that option to change the setting.
The TF101 doesn't recognize the external sdcard and it thinks you're trying to install from there. It can't find it.

OK! Im kind of confused. Rooted then flashed cwm, I flashed Smooth Maximus ROM Gingerclone onto the phone through cwm and now i cant get into it at all. When i boot to recovery i get the stock recovery, ive tried though quickboot, button combo, and rom manager and i get the same thing everytime. Any help would be appreciated. CWM 4.0.0.2
Don't use ROM Manager. It has the wrong CWM version. Use the instructions in this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1124453
I'm not entirely sure that'll work if you've already flashed a ROM, so wait for an actual dev to chime in.
heres what i did when i couldnt get it to work
make sure ur rooted
download this
http://www.krylon360.com/file_host/sk4g/update.zip
extract the update.zip and ur gonna look for a file called recovery.bin
and get ahold of root explorer
place the recovery.bin on ur sd card and remember where its at
go into root explorer and find it and long press it and hit copy then go into the phone using root explorer and go into /system/bin and paste it dont delete anything or move files just overwrite it
then download this
http://dl.dropbox.com/u/12704578/sk4...eclickroot.zip
and unzip it on your computer make sure u unzip it if not it wont work
and double click run.bat and let it do its thing and itll reboot into CWM for you and go into install packages or something and voila
make sure you have usb debugging enabled
and id flash
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1128657
this kernel then reflash your rom making sure to wipe it
this method working after countless hours of errors etc report back
second link 404'd
welp i pushed the update binary file in that first link then booted to recovery from quickboot and it booted into cwm. Thanks guys for the help
Ok nvm I can boot to cwm but I can't do anything with it. I just get errors. I'm really confused.

Im currently stuck in recovery without a rom to reboot too, because i forgot to put the zip in before. I'm trying to mount to storage using 4EXT Recovery touch, just cant seem to open my sd folder. I tried mounting sdcard and mounting system through the mounts/storage, no luck. Any help?

I can't seem to boot my device anymore. I tried flashing the viperone s rom and when it was about to install the device shut down :/
Now TWRP says I don't have an OS installed, I can acces the SD via twrp file manager but it only has a twrp folder and none of my data stored there and I can't mount it as usb storage as windows tells me I need to format the drive first. It also keeps connecting and disconnecting usb on its own.
How do I proceed?
Uh...format the drive

I can't, Unable to mount '/sdcart' (tw_mount)
failed to mount /sdcard (Invalid argument)
When connecting via usb it keeps reconnecting so it pops up every second and then disappears.
The strange thing is that TWRP can save logs to the sd card and they show up in the file manager, but I can't wipe/install/do anything useful with it.

that's happened to me wiz my 8GB transecond memory buy a new one man it's corrupted memory & forget it's never mount again!
I managed to get the SD card working by reflashing the stock recovery. I also found out the usb cable was faulty.. Too bad I've lost all my data... That was stupid ><
And yet again has TWRP corrupted my sdcard. Not sure what is happening, but again when installing a new rom everything gets messed up
When in CWM recovery I am no longer able to install anything from my SD card, I was able to before with the same card.
I get an error when I try to install from the SD card that says;
E:unknown volume for path [/emmc<filename>.zip
E:Can't mount /emmc<filename>.zip
I know the card is fine, I can access and edit its contents from a PC
Can anybody help?

EMMC is not the SD card , its internal system memory. Can you list the steps you are taking exactly.
Have you done a system reset or clear data from stock ICS or stock recovery? IF so you may have encountered the EMMC bug
Well I can install from SD again, but now when I try to flash the stock ROM it succeeds but it boot-loops, could that be the EMMC bug?

I recently rooted my NS4G, coming from Evo supersonic, so I am familiar with this stuff. But I've been running into problems trying to install different things from CWM. I am currently on TWRP v2.6.3.0 and everytime I try to install a ROM or a recovery it starts with "Updating partition details..." then says "E:Unable to open zip file." and the installation fails from there. Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong? Pls help ASAP
Also says, "E:Unable to mount '/sdcard'"
"E:Unable to recreate and sec-folder"
"E:Unable to mount '/sdcard/'"
"E:Unable to find partition size for '/wimax'"
