oooh so finally india released....i thought that sam India never knew that a device name with i9103 exists..!!

It is available through Kies.. Don't know about the kernel.. Will test it and post it..

I can see the I9103 Indian firmware listed down this page. http://www.sammobile.com/firmware/?page=3&t=2&o=2&m=&r=2

u can connect your phone with computer and use kies to update or .com can learn something about flash a rom in development thread

when i connect to kies there isn't any response from it and can't read the mobile memory and i follow all the right instructions and the same thing occurred !!!!!!!!!!

but kies not palying on my laptop
hey buddy, you can apply that update without kies. now when you try to follow the instructions on icephatom's link, remember to turn OFF kies/antivirus.
note: there are however newer, more stable updates than xxkpq, like the xxkpu.
pls use search button too, and u can find the newer updates.

no buddy, if kies is not responding on your laptop, then you don't need it to upgrade. download the files on the below links. actually, when you flash using odin, turn OFF kies and antivirus.

Acutally no. It could result in bootloops.
I did it more then 10 times without any problems and without factory reset.

im using the ukraine one, and there is Language Deutsch listed, so it looks like its supported.
