[Continued on Android Main Forum][Flashable ZIP] HTC Boot animation Updater - HTC Sensation

HTC Bootanimation Changer
I have just made the changing of boot animation easier for everyone! I have created this flashable zip to simplify the changing of your bootanimation just by flashing. No more root explorers, no more pushing through ADB!
Instructions:
Change the bootanimation.zip in the zip to the boot animation of your choice, then flash it in recovery.
Sharing policy:
If you are a bootanimation maker, you are free to use this to make an easy-to-use flashable zip for your bootanimations. Just remember to mention and thank me (best if you put a link to this topic)!
Download link:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/hlz925tjztmwwpa/Sensation BootAnimation Updater.zip
Default bootanimation: ViperS
Note: This zip works only for HTC devices because of the directory of the bootanimation.zip. I will make one more with the other directory.

Hmmm, shouldn't take too long if the ZIP isn't big.
If it remains stuck, pls add "ECHO ON" after line 163 in main.cmd, so you'll see exactly what the Script is doing.
Code:

ECHO * adding HACKS to ROM File

Yes you can. But most nougat roms boot much faster now so I'll make a one for nougat with increased fps.
Update: Added a Nougat version + Optimized all images for a minimal file size(without compromising the quality). Enjoy!

Sorry. I lost my original .psd files when I upgraded my system. You'll have extract the images & edit them. Make some ps actions to speed up the process.
Hi B!Gguy I have a couple of questions.
1. The last firm for OP2 v3.6.0 the boot is more faster and I installed the Nougat version. But the transition is more faster than boot. How can I change that?
2. What program do you use to compile the zip (non flashable). Some time ago I tried to do my own bootanimation, creating the ZIP with power archiver or winzip, but when testing on my OP2 when starting I only saw the black screen

If you want to speed up or to slow down the frame rate(in your words transition speed) you just need to edit desc.txt file.
Extract the bootanimation.zip file & open desc.txt file with a text editor.
What you need to focus here is the number NEXT to 1920. That's the frame rate. For example if the number is 10, it means 10 frames(images) per second. if you increase the number animation speed will be increased. if decrease it then it will be decreased. You can edit this number & find the best one according to your rom's boot time.
After editing, when you need to archive files into bootanimation.zip use 'no compression'(store only) method. Google if you don't know how to do this as this may vary with the compression software you use. This should solve the black screen issue.
Any chance you can update it for Android version 8 too.
Thanks in advance

[OOS][3.5.8][V3.0] - Stock Sounds

Hey there, again.
Code:
[B][U]IM NOT RESPONSIBLE IF YOU END BRICKING UP YOUR DEVICES OR ANYTHING ELSE HAPPENS WITH YOUR PHONE! [/U][/B]
Here's another flashable zip files i've created for custom roms.
Q: What it will do?
A: it will install Oxygen OS sounds.
Q: Which sounds?
A: Ringtone, notification, Alarm, UI.
That's it!
I don't have 3.5.8 file, so i can't add those for now, i will download in few days and include them. I had 3.0.2 file in my pc and it had good sound pack so thought to extract and make it flashable zip file for you.
**INSTALLATION**
1) Flash your Favourite (7.1.1/7.1.2) ROM and then flash Nano Gapps.
2) Select zip file and flash and reboot.
Download: https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=889764386195913812
Git: https://github.com/chetz1215/OOS-Sound
Version: V2.0
Changelog:
V2.0: initial release.
-
V3.0:
1) Added all sound folder from OxygenOS 3.5.8
Reserve 2
Git: https://github.com/chetz1215/OOS-Sound (Uploaded all files)
New update: https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=889764386195913812
Edit: The script may say "V2.0" While installing, forgot to change it.

[Script][T58x][8.1.0] *31.03.2019* Debloating Script v0.1

Here I created a small script for debloating/deknoxing. It removes most of the Knox and Bloatware stuff. Seems to work (tested on t580). The script should work on both devices, T580 and T585.
Neither I nor XDA is responsible for any damage to your device. You flash it at your own risk!
Before you start, make a Nandroid(Backup) of your system. Safe is safe!
Note: The script is written for Android 8.1.0.
Note 2: Most of it is already removed under my ROM. So it serves at most as a supplement.
Changelog

Good job. Thanks. I would not delete SBrowser.
Hi
Ok.
First: Please dont quote the whole OP, it looks not so nice. When you do it, spoiler it.
Second: Ok i can edit it for next release if necessary. Or DIY if you hide it with # before the line of SBrowser which looks like:
Code:
#delete_recursive("/system/app/SBrowser_7.2");
You can edit the updater-script with notepad++ for excample.
