That's not a custom ROM, that's the debug build from Google. You got it as a mistake. Your phone got loaded with the wrong software by Google/Samsung at the factory.
If you want to go the path of unlocking and flashing someone's nandroid backup of a "regular" phone, go to this thread.
Your best thing to do is to contact this guy from Google ([email protected]) in this thread, or take the phone back and exchange for a clean one.

[Q] just wondering what rom i have

hi gang, how's everyone doing...
noob here by the way lol just wondering if anyone could identify what type of rom i have and/or if i have gb or ics and what type of kernel. i have htc raider from rogers and this is my phone info:
android version 2.3.4
htc sense version 3.0
kernel version 2.6.35.13-gc1166ee
thanks much!
You wrote that you have Android 2.3.4 installed, which would mean it's a Gingerbread, definitly.
For the kernel, i would guess that you have a HTC Stock Kernel installed:
2.6.35.13-gc1166ee
[email protected] #1
SMP PREEMPT Tue Oct 4 19:28:38 CST 2011

So my guess would be you are on a HTC Stock Rom. Hope that helps.
Edit: Meh, i pasted links to some source, but thanks to the Link-Posting-Protection for newbies i had to remove them, sorry about that
thank you

That could be a bad download. Try redownloading and trying again
