I have an app with a plugin which I legitly bough off the market.
However, I just got a new phone, and cant transfer the paid plugin because the app has been deleted from the store, and just transferring the apk file, causes the app to not work, because it sees that its been "pirated".
I was wondering if anyone here can help me remove (or greatly increase) the time on a trial version i found somewhere on the internet.
I'd love to be able to pay for it, but the developers do not seem to have any activity, and i am unable to find a way to pay for the app, so I am asking for help hacking it.
App is called Megaplayer, and I want to be able to use the "player pack 5" which allows the app to download putlocker and sockshare videos.
Please help me out.
P.S. I would LOVE to pay for it. But it is literally impossible.
if you are rooted you could try lucky patcher but Im sure these threads are forbidden on these forums as it may count as piracy
One question: Can I see the screenshot of it detecting that you pirated it?

Hi. I can download all apps from the market exept two apps from same developer! When i search the name of apps, it says that it cant find it. I have also tried appbarin, slideme..etc. but still i cant find those two apps! The apps are visible from the web on my computer when I go to some of sites for apps that also allows downloading from mobile but they are not visible on phone. The apps are free "AndAR Model Viewer" and "AndAR". So if someone can download them for me and send me to [email protected] that would be great!
Thanks
The dev may have taken them down.
I was reading on some forum that the apps are not visible to users with VGA cameras or users without camera on their phones/tablets. I think thats the problem. Can anyone check if the apps are on market?
Thanks
They're available on my market.
Sent from my HTC Droid Incredible. This Droid Does More.
I knew it :]
Thanks for confirming it.
Could you download them and send to me on the mail above if it isn't too much trouble?
Thanks.
For some time now I have been getting emails from random people who have seen my apps on the market, and then see that I used Google's App Inventor to make them, and then see that I was actually able to publish the app in the market. And they all want the same thing, for me to make their apps market ready. So that is the main point of this app, To help you, help yourself. First I will try and show you how to do it yourself, with a video, and then I will show you actual forum where I learned how to publish the app. And then finally if you so choose you may send me the app and I will set it up for you. But please don't send me junk. I will be looking at each app just to make sure, I don't want to be the cause for filling the market with more useless junk.
Requirements:
App Inventor Extender
The actual .apk file for your app saved on the sd card
Active data connection
Once I receive the app I will do my best to get it done right away for you, but im not a machine so even though it only takes about 5 minutes to do it. Expect most of them to be done my 10pm est because that is when im home working on this stuff. Maybe you can use that as an incentive to learn it on your own lol.
One last thing, I am offering this service completely free of charge, but if you feel inclined to perhaps deposit a few doubloons into Paypal account I will have a donate link in the app just for that occasion. Or maybe you don't feel like donating through Paypal, you could always consider the donate version of my pet game, but of course you would need the free version for it to work properly. But weather you do or don't, it doesn't matter, I will still work on your app
its been explained to me that hulu isnt free on android so i deleted post
I doubt you will find anyone who will tell you how to watch hulu+ for free when its a paid service.
Most Hulu+ threads that are around were about getting the app to work on the thunderbolt. If you want to watch it, you have to pay the fee.
You can try using standard Hulu thru the browser, just put the browser in desktop mode and see if that will work. Mobile view will not. There was a thread here that had a file that you could replace the standard files to let you watch on your phone. That worked for me.
ok deleted
I've been using Blackberries for 15 years and an now in the process of converting to the Samsung Galaxy S3 within the next week or two.
I'm a long time user of the iPad which has been jailbroken and can load all of the hacked apps to it.
My question is that when I root the Android, are there sites out there where I can get the "hacked" apps, or an app like
Installous (on the ipad) that downloads the apps?
Android is completely new to me and am VERY willing to learn...... (something new to play with)..........
Thanks. And I appologize for the ignorance.

Rooting the phone only allows apps to use root access. You can get apps that use root access though the Market/Play Store, (App Store) rather than a different app (Cydia). As for Installous, I think that you mean downloading cracked apps (paid apps for free)? If so i think you can't discuss that here. One of the cool things about Android is that you can install different app stores/app downloaders.
If I know discussions about cracked software are not allowed on this forum
anyway my advice is : if you like an app pay for that app it's only a few bucks
and you give developers support to improve that app !
Warez discussion isnt allowed on XDA
Hi, I have an app which looks like the developer has removed their servers so it always fails the "internet connection" check.
Its IONROAD. A AR driving app.
I paid for the PRO version so its all good. I use an older version not the latest as I hate the latest version.
99% of the app is using the GPS or the camera. It does check the internet for the weather and a few little things.
I've tried it at home while connected to wireless, in the car while connected to Mobile Data, I've uninstalled, reinstalled and updated and all versions fail the internet checks. To me it looks like they closed their servers so the app refuses to work without the internet so it will never work again.
What I want to do is remove that internet check so it will keep working without the need for their servers. If it never connects to the internet it doesn't bother me. I dont care for the current weather in a AR driving app, I care for how close the car in front of me is or if i'm drifting out of the lane I'm in. Absolutely nothing to do with the internet so how do I remove that check?
I have the APK, trying to get it into the Android SDK and not sure how? Even if I do get it there what do I remove?
All I want is that internet check removed. As I said I paid for the app so the licence check always passes as I paid for it.
The dev has abandoned the app, they refuse to reply or update. As they closed their servers I'm guessing they totally abandoned the app.
Any help what to remove and how to remove it? Is it an easy unzip, edit a file then zip and reinstall? Or is it a complete import into SDK, rebuild, test, etc and make a whole new app?
I'm not sure what or how to edit it.
Thanks
BTW, Here is the free version. I have the paid version but I'm guessing its the same.

I've tried a few times and cant do it. I've tried out the SDK and a few other apps and cant remove that damn internet check. I thought I removed what was needed but its still not working.

Greetings and welcome to assist. Unfortunately assist is for guiding new members around the boards only, you really need to ask your question here

it should be relatively easy to fix though by decompiling and editing the manifest
Thanks for understanding
