My girlfirend phone WiFi was not working so i told her to update the phone. She updated the phone and the Wifi started to work fine but the sim got lock (phone is not recognising the sim) The phone is gifted to her from australia and she lives in Pakistan. I've got my brand new zte blade a460 since two months ago. Just a good mid-low budget phone. It has a Snapdragon 210 (msm8909), and Android 5.1 (kernel 3.10.41, compilation EIG-ES-QB18S-A460 V1.0.3, hardware P890A20.H01)
I have some problem with the OS (sound, icons, wallpaper, sim disconections). I wrote to zte support and it seems, according with the answer, they are doing nothing on OS update for this phone.

A friend of mine bought me a Samsung S8+ SM-955U from China. The phone is working fine but I have never received any software update. I am still on Android 7.0. When I try to manually update the phone it says " The latest update have already been installed.". The current version is g955USQS1AQI6/G955UOYN1AQI6/955USQS1AQI6.
The phone is unlocked and I am using it in South Africa and my carrier is Vodacom SA.
Please I need help to update the phone cause I cannot use features such as Wifi Calling.

I bought LG V50 Thinq to change for my old phone (LG V30+) 2 months ago.
Whether it supports dual sim or not is what I wonder.
I check the information at imei.info, it supports 2 sims.
However, information from some other source is only one sim.
Can I install another rom to upgrade 2 sims?
