Oh... So can you help me why this error occurs? Even my superuser version is not updating see the screen shot.
Maybe it doesn't mount the system partition as writable. I don't know, I'm using cm9 build #11 and mounts2sd.

I have a guess. It looks like you are in stock rom. Stock only supports fat32 and other Partitions will not work.

Use any root file explorer and browse to /system/etc. See if you find a folder named init.d . It wouldn't be present.
Question: Would creating a folder named init.d help?
Answer: Nope. It doesn't work that way.
You could use any other stock rom mods like ateeq rom, etc. Just check whether they have ext or init.d script support enabled.
I have a int.d folder

Just flash another superuser.zip via recovery then you'll got it.

Yeah..
Finally, I did it. Thank you guys all, especially "indrawib".
And I also have one more thing to ask, everytime the phone runs an app which needs the root right, a notice will shows, then I have to touch the button on the right (as the attached picture), it's quite inconvenient. Is it normal, guys ?
Yeah it's normal. If you want supersu not to ask for permission again than you should change supersu setting from prompt to grant.
