noticed one 1 though used it for a while when charging n the temperature is 54* O.O thats like WAYYY TOO HOTT !!! hoe it wont explode xD the max i hav ever encountered was 49 on other roms ! this is weird but stil gonna stay with the rom not gonna use it while charging ! the only thing i did during chargin was whasapp over wifi ! mayb thats it ! anyways love the rom thanks for it

the long version: i thought Gitaxian was good, but this even better! gps and wifi have been working smoothly enough (though because you got rid of maps, i couldn't test the gps to my satisfaction). the transparent apps were a nice touch (but youtube updated itself and became like stock and now i have both facebook AND purple transparent).

Sorry it took about 36 pages before I gave in my share of the report. Great job on this ROM, This ROM is amazing, So far among the one's I've tried, This definitely hit the check boxes in my book.

Some ROM's tend to collaborate what seem's cool, what user's would enjoy, but this ROM has exactly what I need to get the job done. Camera.apk opens faster in the 2.1 release and everything seem's to be in place.

How to Install
BEFORE FLASHING MAKE A NANDROID BACKUP USING CWM RECOVERY
Thank you crazbanditz for the detailed explanation!
Part 1 - Clean flash of XXKPH (Skip Part 1 if you have already on XXKPH)
1. Firstly, Download the link from spacebar's XXKPH Feedback thread.
2. Run Odin3 v1.83
3. Set your phone to download mode : Press Volume down + OK first, then hold Power button.
4. Connect your phone, you should see Odin shows your phone is Added with COM number.
5. Click PIT button and select this file: latona_20110114.pit
6. You should see Re-Partition, Auto Reboot and F. Reset Time checked.
7. Click PDA button and select this file: CODE_I9003XXKPE_CL409735_REV08_user_low_ship.tar
8. Click PHONE button and select this file: MODEM_I9003XXKPE_REV_00_CL1041909.tar
9. Click BOOTLOADER button and select this file: APBOOT_I9003XXKPE_CL409735_REV08_user_low_ship.tar
10. Click CSC button and select this file: GT-I9003-CSC-MULTI-OXAKPE.tar
11. Click Start button to flash these files to phone.
12. Do not touch anything till you see PASS on the program window.
13. Turn off the phone and set it back into download mode once you get an initial first boot to homescreen. Do not set up anything, Just power off and set to download mode.
Note: You only need to flash once to XXKPE before proceeding to XXKPH
14. In Odin, press Reset button. Re-partition should be unchecked automatically.
15. Select file I9003XXKPH_I9003XXKPH_I9003SERKPH_HOME.tar as PDA
16. Click on Start to flash XXKPH PDA to phone
17. Once you have flashed, after the phone started up, press *#1234# and check your PDA,Phone and CSC, everything should ended with KPH
18. Reflash if you find camera does not work.
19. Factory reset
Part 2 -Installation of the CRANIUM rom
1. Install CF Root, you can refer to the post here for the CF Root:

2. Copy the custom ROM into your external sd card.
3. Boot into your Clockwork Mod Recovery
4. Choose install zip from sdcard ==》 choose zip from sdcard ==》Then select the CRANIUM rom to install.
5. After the installation is complete, reboot and you will now have the CraniumRom installed.
6. WIPE DALVIK CACHE
7. Done!
TO install v1.0,download only that file and install
To install v1.1,first install v1.0,and then install v1.1
TO install v2.0,download only that file and install(no need previous versions)
TO install v2.1,download only that file and install(no need previous versions)
TO install v2.2,download only that file and install(no need previous versions)
To install v2.2(hotfix),first install v2.2,and then install v2.2(hotfix)
TO install v3.0,download only that file and install(no need previous versions)
TO install v3.1,(fix) first install v3.0 then install 3.1(fix)
NOTE:3.1 cant be flashed!(it in the attached files)
Dont forget to flash the v2(C-rom lite version) hotfix!!
To install super lite version,no need for previous versions,just install this one
TO install c-rom lite v2no need for previous versions,just install this one
to install v2(lite version)hotfix,flash after installing v2

Really great features combined in single rom. And I am really surprised that u are only 16 yrs old. I really appreciate ur work bro. I have a small suggestion that u can remove usb otg modules. Because only including usb otg modules will not work our phone as usb otg. Still its developement is in progress.

honestly speaking... miui, wp7 are kinda overdone...
AOSP gingerbread or sense would be something different for the whole i9003 scene because we do not have any sense based mods or UI mods !!

@sakindia123: I am using TW4.5 since quite some time and find it quite good. It seems like combination of MIUI and ADW (specially when using with vallemod theme). It offers speed as well as eyecandy. Obviously it's my opinion and other may differ. My suggestion will be to include two launchers.. one as eyecandy and other one for sheer speed and robustness. That will satisfy many souls... . Finally its your creation and your choice matter.

Here is the review from my side:
1. Looks and appearance are good so are the lock icons and weather widget. :good:
2. GUI is considerably lagging despite having above 150 MB spare RAM.
3. If using just one SIM, the icon for 2nd SIM remains on status bar.
4. Battery Icon on status bar does not indicate actual battery usage, sometimes it is more and sometimes it is less (see attached images).
5. Whenever we click "Scenes" in "Setteings/Display", settings give error (see attached image)
Overall an excellent effort. Keep it up :good:

For CWM/Others:
Select Factory Reset
From Storage Menu, Select Format System
Wipe Dalvik Cache
Select "Choose Zip from Sdcard"
Select the Rom Zip File
Installation will complete, Reboot

Here is a way to Increase your Battery Backup...it is really useful and shows very Effective Change...do it as soon as you Flash the ROM:-Download 'Battery Calibration' App from the Google Play Store.
-Charge your Battery to 100%
-As soon as you remove the charger..open the app and click on 'Calibrate Battery'
-Use your phone normally now...and wait till the battery drains to 1%
(do not charge the phone in between)
-Then, charge your phone continuously till it reaches 100%
-Voila...Battery Backup Increased
How to Use ViPER Audio Engine:
-Open 'ViPER4AndroidFX' from App Drawer
-Select "Yes" Option for Installing Drivers
-Choose Sound Quality You Want
-The Driver's Will Install
-Reboot the Phone
-Open the Application Again
-Tick Mark the option of Enabling ViPER Engine
-Do Same for Headset & Bluetooth Mode
-Set Other Sound Options
-Enjoy Amazing Audio Quality
Increase your Phone's Volume:
-Open Phone Dialer
-Type code *#*#3646633#*#* OR
-Go to Settings>Engineer Mode>MTK
-Engineering Mode will Open
-Go to Hardware Testing>Audio
-Go to "Loudspeaker Mode"
-Change Max Volume from 128 to 148
-Do the Same for "Normal Mode"
If you want faster transitions, then from Settings > Developer Options (To Get Developer Options, go to About Phone and tap 7 times on Build Number) > Set Windows Animation Scale, Transition Animation Scale and Animator Duration Scale from 1 to 0 (Off)...

Nice ROM bro.. Found some issue -
1. In file manager SD Card Name showing USB
2. Setting FC when back to Keyboard Settings
3. Gesture Not Working (I Tried only Camera Snap)
4. Ads Not Blocking

Here are the Solutions:
1. That is just pre specified text in the app ...it actually doesn't matter...still you can download any other file manager if you want.
2. Ya I didn't notice that earlier...to fix this you can download any other keyboard from play store and delete this one if you want..
3. I don't use gestures..but I checked 1-2 and they were working... Maybe some are not working...
4. I've checked that ad blocker is installed...most ads won't show up...but some which are showing up also won't load if u click them...though I'll update this soon...
