[THEME] Simple Black and Purple Synergy Nightlies ICS (Updated 9/9/12)

This is the beginning of the black and purple version of my theme. It will the same as my black and blue only all the blue is replaced with purple.
I will be updating it quite often over the weekend as I get stuff switched to purple. Just flash zip in recovery. Brightness slider added in at bottom of post, just flash after the full theme if you want the slider.
R1- This is first release it has the systemui, toggles, and framework themed.
R2 - Added in the Contacs app, and the gallery app, and most of the dialer is done. I also fixed a few things I missed in the systemui.
R3 - Added in the mms app, and the rest of the dialer. Should all match my blue theme now only purple.

R2 is in the OP now.

I installed R2 on my wife's phone and she loves it. Lol she told me the only way I could root it was if it was purple. It installed and runs flawlessly!!! Thanks again!

R3 is in the OP now. It should all be themed the same as the black and blue theme. If you guys see anything I missed let me know.

I installed r3 and now can't see my status bar. I'm running synergy r73

what recovery are you using. I use twrp and it installs fine on mine. You might try redownloading. or fix permissions and see what that does.

Will the System-zips also work for this? Particularly the brightness slider & black pull down?

Ill prob add the brightness slider and stuff tonight as flashable add ons.

Thanks. Installed for Wife also & she's happy but nagged about the slider. Don't know why, she never takes it off max-full nova bright anyway!

Just added the brightness slider at the bottom of the OP. Just flash over the full theme to get the slider back. It still has the little dot blue like the volume bar for now dont have time to find it tonight.

is it possible to theme the settings menu purple to go with the rest of the theme? and also if your willing to/have the time I'd love to see this theme in black w/ white icons status bar etc if you'd be willing to...i know a lot of people are looking for a theme like that =) you'd be my hero...lol...i miss aosp and theme chooser so much but just too many bugs for me...i need my phone to work...I want to start working on one, but i've never done it before...if i do find the time to attept some theming would you mind if i used parts of yours as a base?

Im thinking maybe he is talking about all the icons in the settings not real sure.

red would be awesome. i'd be willing to donate some money too

red may be possible. I will have to check the hue options on this and possibly post up an option this weekend. If that's OK with you rwc,of course!

[Q] Status Bar from top

Hello , is there a way that i can mod status bar. I want to slide from the top (like in the phone) instead of touching the right bottom corner.

Wow, that's a hard UI modification! No mod to do that!
Available in Paranoid Android. But no note 10.1 version of it...

Moving Notifications to the Top?

Hello XDA geniuses,
As the title states, I was looking for a way to move my notifications to the top, like I have on my Galaxy S3. It's become a habit to look at the top and swipe down to reveal notifications and was hoping there'd be a way to do this on my 8013.
I'm currently running Revolution HD 8.0 and Nova Launcher.
I did search for an answer before posting, and although I get many identical posts returned, most of them directing me to posts saying "Sorry, can't do it" and "Only if you're rooted", but nothing explaining how.
I appreciate any help with this situation and hopefully this can help others also looking to find a fix.

Notification on top is called phone ui
No you can't do it in stock rom even if ur rooted.
You have to install asop based rom to have what u need.
However if I have enough knowledge then u can use xposed mod to create a new one.
Or u can try to port note 8 rom

Yup Im running PAC on my 8013 in Phablet mode an my noties are on top. I like it as it let me have 7 Nav buttons and I feel like Im using the space instead of just wasting it.

[Q] Red Stock AOSP CM10 Color Theme

Hey guys, I am running Liquidsmooth v2.9 and am wanting to apply a red theme over this ROM that is exactly like the stock AOSP cyan blue theme that is applied to it by default. I'm not wanting to get all red fancy with other user apps having red icons such as Facebook or any other apps. As I said, I want it to have a full defaulted cyan blue look and feel, but just red. Is this theme out there?
The only icons I would care to see red as far as apps go would be the messages, browser, people (contacts), settings and phone icons... stock apps only. Even having small red long press numbers and symbols within the keyboard would be nice if there were such a keyboard out there.
I'm sure you all know AOSP ROMs have that cyan blue theming to it... I just want this exactly, but it to be red and not cyan.
If any of this is out there, I would GREATLY appreciate being pointed to it or if someone would volunteer to come up with one, that would be incredibly awesome. As far and themes on the android market, I haven't found any that fit to this.

Thank you for this recommendation! It's actually pretty good. Just wish it had red letters in the keyboard, but hat may be out of the themes ability and may be a keyboard thing. Using it now though and love it. Thanks again!

I am running PA Beta2 and I want to replace the blue stock text and other blue things like loading bars etc to another color (preferably orange)
Is there a way without theming the whole thing like the white battery bar etc because I like that.
