Hello ...everyone
First, I happy to share music player that has long been famous in the world of music lovers. yes, this is a Walkman that was born around the year 1979.
This Walkman application extracted from Xperia S for v1, Xperia GX/T for v2, Xperia V for v3 until v4.1,Xperia Z for v4.2, and from Xperia Z1/ZU for v4.6, 4.7 and 5.0. we try to porting and modding. and finally, this is the first time that the Walkman can be run on other device with clear audio equalizer and other settings. So now you can enjoy it without the device Xperia ....
This Walkman supports all android devices that use ROM CM9/CM10 and the like as MIUI ICS / JB, AOKP, Paranoid Android, and other names that use ROM ICS / JB, and Stock JB Official ICS 4.0.4 and 4.1.2 - 4.1. 1 (for Stock Offical, recommended is deodexed).
Also running on MDPI, HDPI, and XHDPI device. Maybe in LDPI, but I did not test it

- Clear Audio Equalizer (Soundenhancement) stiil not work on some device with TouchWiz ROM, But has confirmed this WALKMAN on Galaxy S III and Galaxy S III mini with TouchWiz ROM is work perfectly

After finished editing the build.prop , then go into CWM Recovery,
- Wipe cache and wipe Dalvik cache
- Then install WALKMAN.zip
- Reboot recovery
- Wipe cache and wipe Dalvik cache
- Install Album_Movie_BE2.zip (Optional if you want to install it or not)
- Wipe cache and wipe Dalvik cache
- Reboot system now ... and enjoy
ATTENTION :
1. BACKUP YOUR ROM BEFORE ANY FLASHING
2.Update Walkman 4.5 ONLY for Jelly Bean ROM 4.1.2 - 4.2.2 Like CM10/AOKP JB/AOSP JB/MIUI JB/Paranoid Android JB/other name with JB ROM and Stock Official JB 4.1.2 - 4.2.2 (Deodexed is recommended)
3. Update Walkman v4.2 and JB new album, movie and BE2 ONLY for Jelly Bean ROM 4.1.2 - 4.2.2 Like CM10/CM10.1/AOKP JB/AOSP JB/MIUI JB/Paranoid Android JB/other name with JB ROM and Stock Official JB 4.1.2 - 4.2.2 (Deodexed is recommended)
4. Don't Install v4.2 up on any ICS ROM/CM9, because is not supported. But for ICS/CM9 ROM just use WALKMAN v4.1/4.1.4, i think is perfect on CM9/ICS ROM.
5. For CM10/JB ROM, After Installing Update v4.0 or v4.1, Please delete semcmetadatacleanup.apk on WALKMAN.zip before install or if you already installed, just delete on system/app using root explorer, because it will be FC, because Edit Music Info currently working on CM9 only. (Fixed on v4.6 for any JB ROM)
6. Any version requires (Slim version) 30 MB - 45 MB and (Plus version / with album, movie) 50 MB to 70 MB free space on System ROM (Not Internal Memory)
TIPS AND TRICK TO USE THIS WALKMAN :​
Slightly tips from me how to use, or optimize this Walkman app for sounded better and the maximum by default.
1. Don't combine with other or any sound mod, "except not clash and produce better sound"
2. Delete other equalizer like DSP manager + lib DSP on system/lib/soundfx with name "libcyanogen-dsp.so"
3. High quality earphones or headphones, for example : "at least" use Sennheiser CX 200 (I use this for amateur audiophile like me: D) or a comparable and higher
4. Use high quality music files, for example : "at least" use mp3 file with 192 kbps and sample rate with 44,100 kHz
Setting Sound Enhancement/Clear Audio Equalizer :
A. Use manual setting.... see screenshot :
- Clear Bass + 10
- Bass - 6
- Treble + 6
- maid treble - 2
**If the earphones is different, these settings are different too .. suit your taste
B. Use other setting :
- Checklist Clear Stereo
- Checklist Dynamic Normalizer
- Use Studio setting of surround sound (VPT) :
- Use or checklist Clear Audio+ (plus) If you play the song bass is too much, it came out more balanced sound and clarity
NOTE :
This is just the opinion of my ears, and the sound character that I like, so feel free to specify your tastes ranging from music players, earphones until music files for experience the best music

NOTE:- It is patch and made working for all devices with JB/ICS ROM. This MOD works on each and Every ROM. IF You are Having any Equalizer App in System or As a App just remove it to get Complete Effects of Audio Eq V3.1 from Sony Xperia(It is not Compulsory, Its just Optional).

A : Re-install V4A driver, then disable sound enhancements via Settings menu/app/all and find the app, just disable it
3. Q : After flash this walkman, i can't play the song, just mute/no sound?
A : its all about audio_effect.conf and other system audio configuration, Most problem on samsung/Galaxy device running on official stock ROM (TouchWiz)
4. Q : Sound become problematic, and irregular voice, how to fix?
A : Please don't combine this walkman with other sound mod, but if other sound mod is suitable, it is okay
5. Q : Walkman etc force closed, why?

and for device with custom DPI, i think you need back to default DPI, or use Xposed like for MDPI device

A : try to delete dsp manager.apk/MusicFX.apk/AudioFX/apk on system/app, and libcyanogen-dsp.so on system/lib/soundfx, then wipe dalvik cache on recovery or titanium backup app

seems to be working just fine on fresh install of mahdi rom on my nexus 7 (flo). Visualizer is working, sound enhancements appear to be working as well as clearaudio+. Tried a few on/off trials and the effects are definitely kicking in. Didn't have to uninstall dsp app or anything so far.
Will test more, but looks like a winner so far. Kudos

Just read the F.A.Q...
just upload the audio_effect.conf on your original ROM (currently)
Location of auido effect.conf :
- system/etc
- system/vendor/etc (if there)

Tested on Sony Xperia Go CM 11 06.04.14
After installing the mod I noticed that the smartphone started to slow down and reboot times

LG G2 hates it, refuses to boot now. Restoring a backup and try one more time just to confirm.

Instructions:
-Take backup from CWM.
-Download the ROM zip and Place it in Your SDCard
-Goto your Recovery Mode (CWM)
-Wipe Cache, Dalvik Cache , Data.
-Format System
-Install PXZ2-4.1.0_FULL_ROM.zip
-Install XOLO_A110Q_Z2.zip
-Install camfix.zip and READ EVERYTHING carefully and Follow Instructions
-1st Boot Might take upto 5-7 Minutes So don't panic.
-After 1st boot You MUST Do the Following: It'll Prevent 90% of the Problems You'll Face Otherwise
Goto Settings>Storage> Preferred Install Location
Select Device Memory there
And Select DEFAULT MEMORY TO WRITE as SD Card
Read the Following Notes.
NOTE1:
After every reboot you might see a dialog box
Saying that default app Storage changed to SD Card
Ignore It !!!!!
NOTE2:
ViPER4ANDROID is pre-configured in the rom
All you need to do is open the app
Load Effect Profile > Xperiabass
NOTE3:
To go to QuickSettings Swipe the notification panel down with 2 fingers
-*** DONT FLASH ANY KERNEL AT LEAST FOR A WEEK TO EXPERIENCE POWERFUL PERFORMANCE OF INCLUDED KERNEL WITH POWERFUL TWEAKS **

Q- How to install OTA?
A- After Downloading OTA from OTA updater uncheck all options and press install, it'll reboot to recovery, there Goto Install>sdcard (external storage) >OTAupdater>download>update(zip) and flash it then reboot
Q- How to install Update Manually?
A- Download update (zip), place in sd card, goto recovery, install normally, wipe cache/dalvik cache, then reboot

Q- F.M. Radio Not Working after Social Camera?
A- Backup your Apps (Use titanium Backup, Not Recovery), Wipe Everything. Flash ROM Again, Reboot, and After 1st boot Flash Social camera v1.2 and Enjoy.
Q-How to revert to Normal Purexperia z2 style after flashing themes like Spiderman, etc?
A- just Flash this:-https://www.dropbox.com/s/gvyohab5w9a9p35/RevertTheme.zip
Q- Xposed not working?
A- Make sure that all Xposed apps are in Internal memory and not sd card and update again.
Run App Manager and Move Xposed and Gravity Box or all other modules to Internal Memory.
Run Xposed and in Frameworks again Run "INSTALL/UPDATE" and reboot.
Now just UNCHECK Gravity Box and RE-CHECK Gravity Box.
This worked perfect on Z2 on my phone. It works on other phones too.
Q-Problem with any 3rd party app?
A- Make sure it's in Internal storage and not sd card
Wipe data of the app if still happens
Q-Muffled Sound from speaker or Sound level doesn't change on increasing/decreasing audio level slider?
A- Disable Xloud in settings>sound and then try
Q-Video Recording / HD video playback isn't working?
A-Flash fix. See in addons>smartsocial camera section
Q-How to use Smart Social Camera?
A- Download and flash the Zip from add-ons section and reboot, you'll find a background defocus or art filter camera in your app drawer open it and tap on the lowest bottom icon to switch between modules or use the camera widget in homescreen.
Q-Camera doesn't show 8MP?
A- change preview mode from full screen to 4:3
Q-Apps lose data on reboot?
A-Make sure you have that app in Internal storage and not sd card.
Q- feeling scrolling is slow?
A-Install Xposed Installer and xuimod, open Xposed Installer, tap on framework and Select install/update, don't reboot, Goto modules and tick xuimod then reboot.
Open xuimod and goto scrolling mod>scrolling configurations>set scroll friction to lower than 20
Q-How to switch between the Sims while calling or messaging?
A- Use The top-left icon on the notification panel to switch between Sims
Q- How to install OTA?
A- After Downloading OTA from OTA updater uncheck all options and press install, it'll reboot to recovery, there Goto Install>sdcard (external storage) >OTAupdater>download>update(zip) and flash it then reboot
Q-How to switch between Notification Panel and Quick Settings?
A-Drag the Notification Panel with two fingers for Quick Settings
Another Alternative
Install Xposed Installer and gravity box, open Xposed Installer, tap on framework and Select install/update, don't reboot, Goto modules and tick gravity box then reboot.
Now open gravity box and goto statusbar tweaks>QuickSettings management>quick pulldown>right
And now pull the notification bar from the right side (where the clock is located) of your statusbar to get to QuickSettings
Q- How to disable navigation keys?
A- Use any root browser and go to /system/build.prop and open it. Scroll to bottom and you will find a liine qemu.hw.mainkeys=0. Change it to qwmu.hw.mainkeys=1 and reboot
