Hey guys I've been shopping around for a decent dock for my att one x. Most are pretty expensive and, call me cheap, but I don't wanna drop 30-50$ on one.. I'm planning on getting two, bedside and a desktop.

not that it makes a difference in this dock situation but htc one x 720 is the quad core version. Search amazon they all look about the same and are like $20.

Ah ok. No difference in size between the international and the HOXL we have? Does this put it into dock mode?
There is slight difference in size but I don't think it matters for these cheapo cases that use micro usb

I have a brand new ASUS Transformer Prime 64gb in box that has just been sitting around my house and I was wondering if I should trade my friend for his brand new in box AT&T One X. I have T-mobile and am not sure if I'd use the One X or not. But in terms of craigslist resale value and popularity what should I do? I've had the prime listed for $550 on there for over a week and no legitimate bites on it yet. So basically I have two questions. Should I trade for the One x? and should I keep it for use on T-mobile or try to sell on craigslist? Thanks
The one x is a pretty sweet phone and I did own the transformer prime with the dock but could only sell it for 500 with dock and tablet kinda hard to sell. I own the one x and I have no complaints about it

The One X is pretty damn awesome. I've never had such a smooth experience on Android.
And the design is a huge plus

I would definitely go for the One X. I am not a fan of any Android tablets just yet so I admit I am a little biased. The One X is awesome.

haha, but now that we've answered the first question, what should i do once i get the One X, keep it and use on tmobile (and hope for S-Off and a flashable radio to get 4g speeds like my skyrocket) or just resell on craigslist?

Maybe you can keep it in the box until tmo switches on their other frequency which will get you the 4g or if you have an extra $45 a month you could get a straight talk unlimited plan with an att compatible Sim. What's better than having 2 phones in your pocket like a big boss

I saw this battery case and I was like "Yay, this would be great" then I saw the "Note: The battery charger case is not compatible with HTC One XL".
Why wouldn't this work on my AT&T HTC One x?

Just found out that the pins are placed differently. Can a mod close this forum please. Or if anyone wants to point me to a good, cheap battery case for the HTC One XL they can do that too.

The One XL is physically smaller (by about 0.4mm.. yes, you read that right) than the One X International. That may not be a big difference to you, but it is enough to make the pogo pins (the 5 little holes on the rear of the phone) to misalign and prevent the external battery from connecting.

If you check out the specs online the XL is the larger one, not the international.
It's all because of the different pogo pins location between Tegra 3 International One X & S4 One XL

Hey one xl guys so the uk will be getting the one xl on the everything everywhere network. However I have a question, will it be marketed in a different name or still one x? I may buy one for the 4g speeds and currently have a T3 one x. The main reason for asking this is will cases be made for one phone but fit 2 handsets if you get what I mean. Hopefully people who live in regions where there are both will be able to answer

I'm hearing different reports. Will have to wait till 19th I presume. My cousin said a gs3 with quad core and lte is coming but I don't believe him

I believe it will most likely be the same as the One XL available in the US with the S4 chip, this is the case due to Everything Everywhere having already announcing that they will be carrying the One XL. If it were to be the One X+ , I feel they would have waited for HTC to announcr the device before carrying it.

There is a possibility that a quad core lte version may come, as this device is said to be coming to Australia, however it'll be more likely that it'll be the S4 version that is currently in the US.

The problem isn't finding cases for the One XL, but hes asking if the One X cases fit the XL. Generally, they do fit. However, if it is a particularly tight case, you may be able to fit it on if it stretches, but good luck taking it off. I'm currently using an Incipio sylicrilic on my One XL, which is made for the One X, but fits both models.

If u look over in the one x forum some one posted they got a one x+ and had a case for there one x that fit perfect on there new one x+ so I would assume it has the same specs as the international version as far as size.

just quick friendly warning... the case will break very soon... 'cos of the slight size difference between the X and the XL... (136.36 vs. 136.8)
my gf had the C703 before and it cracked and fallen apart in merely a week...

8 hours seems like a long charge for 2200. But hey, if you need a case and want to try out a charger, this might be a good place to start. It doesn't look too bulky.
