How to install:
- Extract framework.jar from .zip attachment.
- Copy framework.jar to system and set permission to rw-r-r.
- Copy and Replace framework.jar in system/framework.
- Reboot.

Thanks also to @VavanL for his tip about disable "beep" sound on volume adjustment. It helps me a lot to enable this as on stock rom.
