Just ordered and installed Realook screen protectors and I couldn't be more pleased. I have used other screen protection from Zagg and Sprint and I did not like them nearly as much. I will do my best to describe what its like but you really need to see it in person.
Feel:
The material is a firm plastic that when applied feels nearly the same as the bare glass. I did not like Zagg because it felt soft and textured like an orange peel. This stuff is 95% the same feel as glass and I waited 20 days before installing it, so I have a good level of comparison.
Look:
Clear as glass. I have not yet tested what effects it has on glare, but there is no noticeable difference indoors. Also it is ready to go 30 seconds after installing. All you need to do is push out the large air bubbles. It doesn't take 1 or 2 days to settle like some other protectors. Other people in this thread reported a rainbow reflection in the sun light when the screen is off.
Installation:
Before I started I ran the shower on hot to fill the bathroom with some steam to settle the dust. There is nothing that will bother me more than a single spec of dust under a screen protector, I will obsess about it to no end. Due to my rough and dry hands I am a dust machine and I have never failed to get at least 1 piece of dust under every screen protector I have installed. This time was no different. I mis-aligned the screen on installation and had to peel it back, when I did 1 spec of dust planted itself. I used a piece of tape they include in the box to peel back the screen, and another piece of tape to pull off the dust and it was clean. I am sooo happy about this point. Other protectors I used with adhesive would grab onto dust and never let go. Since it does not use adhesive so it is easy to put on and peel back off if you made a mistake.
The Bad:
Back button less responsive. It will still work on the first touch every time, but you do need to touch a little harder than before.
Box Includes:
2 screen protectors.
1 Wet wipe
1 Plastic card to push out air
2 pieces of tape(if needed)
1 microfiber cloth(to clean the screen before and after installation)

Returned the Sprint speckled ones that was degrading display quality to the local Sprint store and am awaiting delivering of Realook for both Samsung Epic and Panasonic GF1 camera. Realook sounds like the best option and value out right now for the Epic until Steinheil Ultra Oleophobic is made available for comparison.

I also went to Realook after Skinomi. Love Realook! Slick, smooth feel like the original glass. Relatively easy to apply. No screen degradation. Wonderful, all around.

But since no one actually pointed out the cons, I'll try to list a few:
- It's not a PERFECT fit so you'll find gaps on all four sides. I'm concerned that dust may eventually get stuck in those gaps.
- I don't exactly remember how the bare screen was now that I have the Realook on, but I think the Realook makes the screen a little more "reflective".
- Under artificial lights (esp. fluorescents), you'll notice the interference patterns like straight rainbows. Hard to explain but people with screen protectors on any phone may have seen them before.
- The capacitive buttons become less responsive meaning that you'll have to push them harder.

Doesn't seem to. It is pretty optically clear. With 640x480, you probably wouldn't notice if there was any difference anyway.

I agree with all of those. I only have a gap on the bottom, though. Left and right seem to be exact.
I see the rainbow effect but it doesn't seem to cause any problem for me. I really don't notice it unless the display is off.
I do have the less responsive buttons, especially the back button. I'm wondering if I could slice off the bottom centimeter of the protector smoothly enough to make it worth trying.

I like it, but...
It's harder to clean than the Gorilla Glass of the Epic. It also has more friction than the Gorilla Glass. Your fingers won't glide across it as effortlessly. Finally, it has slightly rough edges that you can feel.
I should sell my unused RL screen for 5 bucks or something. Do people typically do that with their unused protectors?
Just ordered mine from amazon after reading this thread, i hope it is as good as you say it is. I have used Zagg a few times before, and Skinomi twice, and BodyGuardz on my nexus one. my favorite was BodyGuardz, but for 10 bucks i think it is worth trying this one. ill give feedback when it gets here in a few days.

I might give real look another chance but I used one on my touch pro 2 for a few months it looks and feels absolutely great however when i took it off today there was definitely some residue left behind. Swiping on the screen was not as smooth as when i first bought it. I just got my epic today and blew the installation of the clarivue protector. I don't think reallook has no adhesive, I think it has some adhesive so before I give them a try again i am gonna try boxwave and clarivue 1 more time.

I agree that the Realook protectors are the best. I installed mine a week ago and i'm really liking it. The look is awesome, the fit is perfect and it doesn't really have much more drag then the naked glass. The one issue is the fingerprints and oil residue. I can tell you that the phone is much more difficult to keep clean with the Realook, but that's not big of a deal. I used to just use my shirt or pants to wipe the phone clean, and now i have to use a microfiber. Even then it takes about two to three times the effort to get the oils off. I would still recommend this product.

Ok i need to first say Pops_G you rock for informing me about this screen protector, and your method with the shower was genius, wish i did that when i installed all the other screen protectors in my past. On to my experience...
I just got the Realook Screen protector today, and i previously stated in a prior reply, i have tried zagg invisible shields, BodyGuardz ( OLD FAVORITE ) and Skinomi. The application of the Realook Screen protector was hands down, the Easiest ever, i didn't think it could go that fast. And in terms of how it looks and feels, I could not believe my eyes. You seriously cannot tell when looking at the screen that there is a protector on there. Zagg, Bodyguardz, Skinomi all have, in some regard, no matter how small, a orange peel effect, where there are small ripples in the screen from the water that is used in the installation process, they go away in time, but it is slightly noticeable. They also feel rubbery and take away from the graceful movements of the screen. Plus you have to turn off the phone, pull batter, use a water/soap spray mixture, worry about air bubbles, let it dry 24 to 48 hours, and wake a week plus for the solvent to evaporate. I had this Realook applied in 5 minutes, it would of been less, but i was super anal about making sure not a spec of dust was on the screen. lol.
Now this is just my first impression, after a hour or so of use. It is plastic which makes it feel very much like the original screen, although im sure that will allow the screen protector to scratch, unlike zagg, bodyguardz, and skinomis rubber film where they wont, unless you really try. And also it does show the finger oils more than the actual glass does. I am ok with this becasue that is the purpose of the protector, to get scratched and not the actual screen, Plus i have a backup because 2 came in the pack. GREAT DEAL. Second, i only see this screen protector working for phones that have a completely flat screen and have some sort of small lip around the phone. For Example: I dont think it would work best on a palm pre, which has no lip, and then it could be more easily peeled off down the line. But for the Epic 4g... Seriously im in love.

Steinheil SGP protectors are by far the best screens out!
There is the Ultra Clear which is crystal clear, but tend to be just as or more fingerprint magnets then the glass by itself.
They also make the SGP Anti-Fingerprint Matte screens, which make the screen matte, and there for, finger prints don't show up on them. The downfall to the Anti-Fingerprint reduces the screen clarity by a small amount.
I ordered the Anti Fingerprint, and I honestly love it. The package comes with 2 screens, and I was able to get the 1st one done perfectly. The matte screen is a nice texture, similar to a resisitive touchscreen. It makes a slight sliding sound when swiping or using Swype but I have grown to like the sound a bit. About screen clarity, YES I can tell there is a bit more of a haze on the screen, specially when on bright white background. But I don't notice it when the screens on, and the anti fingerprint is MORE than enough reason to keep the screen protector on. As far as anti-fingerprint goes, fingerprints are a thing of the past!

Im using the Bodyguardz. Super clear and you get enough for 2 applications for the same price of 1 zagg set. They are the best I have ever used.
Also these dont reduce the sensitivity at all from what I have seen on the buttons. The buttons stink to begin with so that might be why. lol.
Are bodyguardz more rigid? Sometime i think i put too much water when applying my zagg and there are slight waves and i can make little ridges by running my nail against the shield.
Another Vote for Steinheil SGP protectors, I opted for the crystal clear version, first application was a breeze, can hardly tell the protector is even on the screen.. it is a fingerprint magnet but I really wanted it to protect against key scratches and such. so far I wouldn't use another.
stealth gaurds are what i like and the price is right. under 3$
Bodyguardz isn't too bad on the orange peel, but its still pretty soft.
Using the realook, its hard plastic and smooth, zero orange peel.
Heard good things about the SGP too, may try that next once this one gets worn out.
I have tried sedio, invisiable shield, body guardz, and I have to say the best hands down is realook. I can't even tell its there and feals just like the glass. Trust me best one.

What's wrong with no skin? Never scratched the hero and dropped it a bit...
I liked the zagg on my blackberries but it didn't help the touchscreen and eventually became a bother....
I'm using the Skinomi full body screen for my Epic, some people have had problems putting it on but I didn't have any issues. I like it a lot, and it comes with a life time warranty. I put a scratch on mine and sent in the mail form to get a new one, they sent it out, they charge for postage and you have to send the old film back but it still works out pretty well.
I have a zagg, it doesn't ever get that dirty look, doesn't peel around the edges, it has very clean look and feel, sensetivity is outstanding, no glues and chemical residues, and the special little bottle full of "special solution" used for applying the screen protecter... Water
Don't forget the Lifetime Warrenty for those that are going to use their Epic for the rest their life.

Phantom Skinz all the way. Goes on smooth and feels smooth. Very little orange peel effect.
I just got the Steinheil anti fingerprint screen (it was like $8 for two on amazon), it was extremely easy to install and fits the screen perfectly. I didn't get it so much for protection, but more for the anti smudge and I have to say it works great for that purpose. It does have a noticeable matte look on our gorgeous screens, but I decided to take the tradeoff of the no prints. It also feels very different, it doesn't feel glass like or even plastic film like and you can hear you're finger swiping on it, again no big deal though. There is no decrease in sensitivity as well.
For protection purposes, I had skinomi on my hero, and once installed right (moderate difficulty) that worked out well for the duration that I used my phone.
What's the difference between the SPG "Anti-figerprint" and the "Ultra oleophobic?" Is it just the matte texture on the former? I'm debating between the two. I like the feeling of the matte but does it compromise the quality of the screen to an unpleasant effect?
Edit: Nvm, I watched a youtube video of the difference between the Anti-Fingerprint matte screen protector and the Ultra oleophobic clear screen protector. On the SGP website, it appears that they don't have an Ultra Oleophobic screen protector for the Epic quite yet.
The other day a phone droid x a guy had, had a screen protector that kinda felt like paper. But there was hardly any figer marks. Does anyone know which one im talking about. I know it was on a droid x but i would like one like it for my epic.

The SGP ultra is as clear as glass feels just like the original screen. Goes on easy without water and each pack you order, has two screen protectors in it. The only drawback, the screen themselves scratch. I haven't tried the low fingerprint (matte model) I read that it makes the blacks less deep. If you go with the SGP Ultras dont order them from the amazon vendor TechNGnet. I ordered a set for my epic and set for my wifes Evo. Hers arrived defective and it took an entire month for a replacement to show up! The guy didn't let us know that he was out of stock or communicated with us at all.
I got my screen protector in the mail today and put it on my phone. I figured I should share my thoughts along with some pictures for those who are looking at screen protectors.
The pack came with two screen protectors, a squeegee, some dust removal stickers, and a small micro fiber cloth. The protector was not too bad to put on, pretty similar to other dry application ones and the Realook which I have used on my Samsung Vibrant. It was kind of tough to align because the screen protector is literally exactly the width of your screen, so if you're off alignment, it looks horrible.
The screen protector is definitely super clear. It also is a fingerprint magnet, and it feels slightly tacky. I'm hoping that tackiness will go away as it gets more use, because I like being able to glide over my screen smoothly.
One huge disadvantage with this screen protector is that because of the curved screen, the protector only covers the flat part. It is definitely noticeable when you see it closer. I tried taking pictures to depict this. I also with they would have just had the protector cover the FFC. I'm not sure how it would actually affect the optics (if at all), but I really hate that cut out! Overall, I'm decently content with my purchase, but I would love to see pics and reviews for BSE when those arrive since I'm considering that for the back, and even replace the front if I end up not liking the Spigen.

I got the Ultra Clear for my N4. It hasn't arrived yet, so for now I'm using my spare One X Oleophobic. The Oleophobic is great, really good for repelling fingerprints, I would have got it but when I bought my N4 UltraClear they weren't selling the Oleo. Thanks for the pictures, it seems to fit a lot better than the One X SGP protectors did on the One X. Doesn't look too bad at all.
I got the crystal clear and I have the same issue with the protector being too small. I know that this has been the case with some their other protectors, but I'm going to have to try some other brands. I can't stand it being cut off like this.

I got the oleophobic one in today from SGP, it doesnt cover the whole screen either. Better than nothing i guess for now.
I'm starting to have a huge distaste for the curved screens. Feels nice with the hardware buttons on my S3, but looks like utter garbage with a screen protector.

The bumper does not cover it.
Also big warning for people looking to buy SGP: The light sensor is covered by this screen protector (not cut out like most) and it interfered with the functionality of the phone. In the past I've had screen protectors that went over the sensor without issue, but with this particular protector and phone, it did not work.
For example if i went to make a phone call, the screen would stay dark even if i took the screen away from my face. Also auto brightness didn't work either. I had to cut the film to expose the sensors. Everything is working normally now. Anyone else have this issue?
Also received mine today, dont have the phone yet though. Not feeling too happy about it already seeing as it doesnt cover the curved screen too well... Money down the drain then :s
Mine will arrive today and I plan to put it in a case so its not a big deal. The SGP on my Note 2 didn't go all the way to the edge either. A tpu case fixed that and everything was covered.

Looks great. SGP never usually covers the entire front. It is always just a tad bit smaller.

Yes, but it stops way short of the curve. It literally just covers the display (width wise). They could have extended it a bit further. This is going to leave a gap, even with a TPU case on it.
How is the smoothness of these screen protectors? I really like the way zagg HD screen protectors feel and I'm looking for something similar.
Just received mine today. Installation was straightforward and the dust removal stickers easily snatched up the remaining few bits of dust at the end. The surface slickness is shockingly poor at first but improves drastically after just a few minutes.
The film doesn't run all the way to the edge due to the curvature of the screen, but there may be a solution. Steinheil makes a dry application edge to edge film called Curved Crystal for the SGS3 which also has a curved edge screen. If there is enough interest, I'm sure they will make one for the N4.

I'm not sure how smooth the zagg HDs are, but right after you put the screen protector on, it is really tacky. But it gets much more smoother as you use it. I think that as you use it more, you're depositing more skin oils onto to screen protector and it kind of "seasons" the screen protector.
This sounds weird, but I just put a bunch of fingerprints on it, then I distributed it using a dry kimwipe (i'm sure a microfiber would work too) and after using it for about 24 hours, it's pretty much as slick as you would expect from the bare glass. Also, of course there is no orange peel feeling since this is a dry application screen protector.

they already emailed me back saying they don't have plans to make any.
The Note 8.0 doesn't come with anything like a Gorilla Glass. So I guess, a ScreenGuard would be pretty important, especially for Guys who carry the 8.0 everywhere. So post your experiences, recommendations here for everyone to see.
P.S. The Note 8.0 is yet to be launched in my country(India), but eBay is already full with 2-3 dozen listings for Scratch guards ranging anywhere between 5-20 USD!!

While Samsung doesnt explicitly advertise it, there is certainly some sort of treated glass on the Note 8. The glass is comparable to the glass on the Note 2 both in thicknesses and hardness. I tested on one of the bank's test units and it can certainly take abuse, even so far as resisting scratches from coarse granite.

Even if doesn't want to pay royalties to Corning for the Gorilla Glass, at least it could write "scratch resistant glass" in its specs.
Would certainly improve our impression of the build quality of the Note8.

That really is bizarre that Samsung doesn't seem to mention anything about the quality of the glass--that seems like a big oversight on their part! It is good to hear your first-hand experience though--that is encouraging!
Perhaps at some point you or others could give a more detailed analysis of the glass quality, specific abuse it can withstand, etc.?
Even Gorilla Glass can be scratched from normal usage (as numerous reports by XDA users on various devices will attest). So don't take for granted that treated glass or GG makes your screen impossible to scratch.
Many people prefer the feel of going bareback with no protection, which is understandable. And its certainly a matter of preference. But its a simple fact that once you do scratch it, it really can't be undone. So if you are worried about scratches, better to protect it now, and not have to regret it later.
As far as what protector to buy, my recommendation would be to avoid the cheap ones. They tend to scratch easily, attract fingerprints, and you will be lucky to get them to last a couple months. Get a quality one in the $20 US range, as these are typically very difficult to scratch, actually attract less fingerprints and grime than the bare screen, and last a long time. I've had good quality protectors on my phone and my old tablet, that have been on for a year of more, and still look great. So in terms of durability and sheer quality, buying a good quality protector really pays off. Also, the wet apply type is much easier to install than dry.
Not sure what brands are available in the OPs home country. But I've had good luck with Skinomi and Zagg, but there are other high quality brands, as well.

Regards to applying, I would actually from a brick-and-mortar mobile shops, those guys are real experts at applying these.
Also, can anybody tell me the effect of the screen guard on the S-pen experience. Glossy or Matte. Which one would be preferrable? so as to not deteriorate the experience much

The wet apply screen protectors are pretty forgiving, and easy to apply. But having a pro do it is not a bad idea, if you are uncomfortable trying. If they mess it up, they typically just take it off and try again with a new protector (at no charge to you). Obviously not an option, if you do it yourself.
Can't comment personally on matte protectors. But some folks over at the HTC Flyer forum (my old tablet, that also has pen support) seemed to like the matte protectors, as the slightly textured surface felt a bit more like writing on paper. Using the pen on the glossy or non-matte variety is very similar to how it feels on the bare screen.
Matte protectors also cut down on glare. But they tend to give a "hazy" look to the screen that I find unacceptable.

Matte protectors also cut down on glare. But they tend to give a "hazy" look to the screen that I find unacceptable.

As a screen itself, I find Matte ones to be better, the viewing angles and sharpness can feel a notch down than the glossy, but the reduction in glare is pretty significant. I have it on one of my Laptops(also Samsung) and it feels very good.
I guess have to wait for others' views on the S-pen experience. Probably other Note devices have some opinions on other XDA sections, will try to find out
I hired the Geek Squad to install one of those InvisibleShield protectors from BestBuy when I got my Note 8, and had it on my tablet for about three hours. I took it off because it creates an incredible amount of friction with the S Pen's nub, making writing with the thing a fantastically aggravating chore (not to mention that the pen left track marks). I'm not saying that all screen protectors are so bad when it comes to this thing's core functionality, but InvisibleShield sure is. I'd be very curious about a protector with the lubriciously of the actual screen.

Could you throw some light on the material of the Screen Guard, was it glossy or matte?
So are you without the Guard now?

The guard was glossy, near as I can remember. I am indeed without the protector.

The ZAGG InvisibleShield screen protectors are the type applied with a liquid solution. Any of these type of screen protectors need to sit untouched for at least 24 hours to completely dry and become hard. Otherwise if you use your device before the skin has had a chance to completely dry, it will be slightly gummy at first, then a bit harder but still a bit of a rubber-type surface when using a stylus, which causes the stylus tip grab or stutter across the surface. Even when dry, these have a slight Orange Peel surface that I don't care for. YMMV. IME these also don't work well or last very long in Tropical or humid enviroments.
I've never liked any of the wet-application protectors for these reasons...I've tried the Zagg's, Skinomi's and one other I can't remember. I'll stick to the SGP/Steinhill Ultra Crystal dry-application protectors. Unfortunately, these aren't available yet for the Note 8.0.

Huh... that liar. The guy at BB told me that the protector would be just fine and dandy after two hours, which is why I bailed after trying to use it for an hour. Oh well. At least it provided about an hour of amusement as my buddy and I attempted to rip or puncture the plastic with everything we had in the house (we were unsuccessful, even with ceramic knives and a motorized hand drill) (edit- after I had taken the protector of my tablet, of course). I'll keep an eye out for one of the dry applicators that you mention. And I'll apply it myself, after reading the instructions with my own eyes.

Be aware that dry apply is much more difficult to put on. With wet apply, you have time to slide it around, into just the right position, before you squeegee the excess application fluid out. With dry apply, its basically like a sticker, if you are off by just millimeters as you start to place it, you have to peel it back and start over, likely getting more fingerprints on the edges every time you do that.
Also, for some reason I can't explain, the wet apply gets much less dust under the protector as you apply it. The wet apply protectors I've used (twice now) have gone on flawlessly, and dust free as far as I can see. Before this, I used the dry apply many times. It took some practice before I could really get a dust free application. The first few I did, had a good amount of dust under them until I learned to go it just right. Even with experience, it takes a lot of care to get a dust free install with the dry apply. With wet apply, its pretty effortless.
I couldn't tell you why the wet apply seems to get less dust under them during installation. It doesn't make sense by conventional wisdom. Maybe dust particles just get carried away, when you squeegee the excess application fluid away.
I'd recommend doing the shower trick with the dry apply type (and it doesn't hurt with wet apply either) to reduce the amount of dust in the air while you do the install. That is, run a hot shower for 10 minutes or so, to steam up your bathroom. This pulls much of the dust out of the air. Then bring your tablet in there and apply the protector (don't leave it in there before or after the install, to minimize the time the device is exposed to high humidity).
Its true that dry apply does have a smoother finish and less tacky feel then wet apply. They tend to not suffer from the "orange peel" look. But the orange peel look on good quality wet apply protectors tends to be hardly visible when the screen is off, and not visible at all when the screen is on. But this might vary depending on the room's lighting conditions. To me, the orange peel is not a bother, but that is probably a personal preference.
The experts who put the guards here, first polish the device display to a great extent and then put the guard straightaway.
The one they applied on my phone, had a good protective covering which was peeled as the guy applied more and more. Even after this, there was another protection over the actual guard.
Also the screen guard wasnt specifically for my device, he also cut it out as per my device after the application.

I emailed Spigen SGP asking if they were going to make one for the Note 8 and they said they had no plans to do so. i was certainly disappointed to hear that. I have one of their protectors on my note 2 and its great. I agree with you, the dry apply protectors are so much smoother than the wet ones and do not have orange peel or get that "sticky" feeling.

That is too bad about Spigen SGP. If you (or others) try out the MiniGuard protectors consider letting us all know your impressions (and whether you went with Clear or Anti-Glare). @JokeZony0u has done a great review of the Clear protectors, but I think it is still helpful to have multiple datapoints for these kinds of things.
^^Thanks for that. Yeah, it looks as if the MiniGuard is the dry-app protector to get since Spigen SGP is out of the equation. Hopefully we'll get more good reviews of other protectors as well.
I agree that the hot, steamy shower technique is good. Also have some small, clean pieces of 3M Scotch Tape handy to pluck off any dust particles from the screen or the contact side of the protector film. I use a large microfiber cloth lightly dampened with isopropol alcohol to clean the entire device beforehand. Then I use the included microfiber cloth to further clean the screen just before applying the protector.
There's a good YouTube video on the best way to apply the dry protectors.
You line the protector up on your screen first (before removing any layers).
Then once the film is aligned properly, hold it in place and attach two pieces of blue painter's tape to the top of the protector film and just along ONE SIDE of the phone/tablet...one near the top and one near bottom, so that the screen protector flaps open to one side like a page in a book, using the blue painter's tape as a hinge.
Flip it open & out of the way and clean the screen again with your microfiber cloth. Double-check your alignment and readjust if necessary.
Then peel back the bottom film layer, remove it completely, and slowly apply the screen protector from the taped side to the free side.
Sqeegee out any bubbles.
Lift the protector just slightly with another small piece of blue painter's tape if you need to remove any dust particles with your Scotch Tape.
Sqeegee again and make sure the alignment is good.
Only remove the side positioning tape if you are satisfied with the application and alignment.
Finally, carefully remove the temporary top layer from the main screen protector film, being careful not to lift the main protector film.
After having seen all of the issues with the glass screen protectors for this phone, I decided that I needed to try something else in the meantime. While I have a Sakai glass one that I ordered from ebay that is due roughly a month from now, I'm not very hopeful for it working. As a result of all of this and the need for a screen protector ASAP, I went with the Spigen screen protectors that I have seen mentioned on here. Having used PET films in the past, I was expecting a huge hassle. Bubbles, cheap feeling etc. Turns out, these worked REALLY damn well, to my complete surprise.
Installation:
Installation was quite easy, much easier than the older thin film screen protectors that I remember. You simply clean the surface of the phone, following the instructions. Place the tabs on the screen protector to help you position it. Then carefully position it properly keeping an eye on the edges and the sensors. It adheres to the screen very much like a glass screen protector does. There are a few small bubbles here and there, but they squeegee right out. I ended up with two permanent bubbles (one by the light sensor and one near the edge). Neither were the fault of the screen protector, both were caused by me rushing and nicking the surface of the screen protector when squeegee-ing the bubbles out. I think I could easily get it on there next time with zero bubbles. Way less hassle than any other attempt I have had with a film screen protector. One complaint I have is that they only included one alcohol wipe (everything else is in multiples), I don't know if I just got unlucky or they aren't thinking. Anyways, I have access to many solvents at work. No big deal for me.
Result:
How does it feel? A bit more plasticy than the usual glass screen protector but otherwise surprisingly nice. It adheres to the curves perfectly with no major bubbles, clarity-wise it is crystal clear. I honestly can't tell it is there. It adheres nicely to the curves of the display without any gaps (other than my nicks at the edge). My Otterbox Commuter case fits right over the top of it with ZERO problems. I was expecting these to be a stop-gap measure until the better glass ones come out but honestly I don't see anything wrong with these as is and would be just fine using these alone. I am not sure about longevity as I just installed it but so far I am actually surprisingly happy with it, especially for the cost. If you are on the fence between glass and plastic. Go with these plastic screen protectors for now and let the manufacturers work out the difficulties of the glass ones. Then you can decide later if you really want the glass one for you phone.

it will get scratched to **** within 2 weeks don't worry. Then you'll have to use another of the 3 that came with it.
Agreed with everything that OP posted, and agreed with the person above. Mine got scratched within a day but I got over it.
I installed one only because I tried three different Temper glass ones and none sealed correctly. I like it so far installed very good, covers the entire screen. So far so good.
I got a soft screen protector from AliExpress. It's a bit tricky to apply at first but once you get the idea it's not so bad.
The screen protector is really good! It's like silicon , doesn't get scratched easily.
Best part? it's 1.4$ each! What else can you ask for..?

I just tried and failed to apply all three. I can't be doing with bubbles or marks on the screen, and who in their right mind decided to put adhesive on a screen protector.
First one too many bubbles, second one, dust, bubbles and scratches, third one, same.
Add to the fact it feels like a ZAGG invisible shield, rubbery rather than glassy.. I will keep it naked from now on.
I have an Xtreme skin skin to install, wish me luck, i'll bloody well need it haha.

I got the dark oak Xtremeskin!
I've put on a tempered glass before, it was kinda bad, lost saturation and brightness, and i got a clear case from spigen, but the case's lips protudes to the center so much that it started to push the screen protectir out!, I eventually removed the tempered glass... Not usre which screen protector to apply on with the spigen case :/
The Spigen Crystal Clear is too thin in my opinion - I killed it within a week. My old Spigen Steinheil Ultra on the S4 was way better. Purchased a CrocFol Premium instead.
Yup I have to change my opinion as well, used it for a bit, scuffed easily, stays clear without the rainbow effect. I had a few defects in my screen protectors, changed them out. Using the otterbox Defender case for now.
1$ tempered glass (rectangular) from AliExpress are perfect of you dont care leaving the top curved part unprotected. No bubbles, no rainbows, no effect on colors\contrast\clarity.
