help me all developers when im trying to root my lg p920 and install jillybem room on it
it dosent start and i cant do any thing
and trying to recover it from lg tool but nothing done plz helppppppppppppp:crying:

Follow the guides on the forum (and/or my own in my sig) - just installing JB is foolish if you have no clue what you are doing tho

Could someone please help go through with me what i am supposed to do with this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1018199 . i have rooted my phone, and thats all i have done to get this, im not sure what to do and i dont know what i need to get for it to work . obviously im using the gt540, updated through lg software updater. i rooted it with z4root. What you're doing here is flashing a custom ROM. You're going to have to boot into recovery and flash from there or download ROM Manager from the market (it's free) and flash it that way. Don't worry, ROM Manager backs up everything for you, so if the ROM doesn't work so well, you can always go back to what you had previously. Just do a little research on this site for specific details, you'll get the hang of it easily. Are you sure z4root worked on your device? I've tried it on LG devices before with no luck. Is there a "Super User" icon in your App Drawer?
yeah superusers there, and i can overclock properly. i downloaded clockworkmod recovery and rom manager, but there isnt an option for gt540 optimus in the list. the only lg there is the ally.

Hi sorry if this is in the wrong thread but i need help with my lg optimus l3 (e400).
I tried to update the phone ota but it just rebooted into recovery and every time i try
And reboot the phone it keeps going into recovery. Can anyone please help i have
Already tried to use adb but it cant find my phone and i have also tried to flash a
Custom rom onto it as well as just flashing the original firmware but none are working

I don't know anything about the optimus line, but I would suggest that changing your title might get someone to jump in. "need help" is not going to get much attention.

Ive seen some guides about rooting and flashing but i just cant understnd what to do first can somebody help me step by step? Including flashing this rom? I cant understand the guide too btw here's the link of the rom i want to flash. Please teach me too on how to unbrick my phone if i failed the process i really do want to make my phone better and i think the jellybean update for this phone is not 100% sure true or if its true it will be months i guess? Didn't know it may be possible to unbrick a bricked phone..I bricked my Nexus S recently.
Ok, devices are different. you cannot have a thread that will unbrick all devices, perhaps a categorical approach to this would work but these guides are in device forums anyway and have no real place in the xda-u. so to put it simply if there were a thread that explained workarounds for a soc and how it would unbrick the device that's ok but a thread that simply provided instructions, then they already exist.

Actually this happened with me, i installed a ported ROM in my Phone. And it suddenly stopped working. I wasn't able to get into recovery or odin mode. Nothing was working. And then i gave me phone for repairing to Samsung Store. Any solution for this problem(if it occurs again)?
