Looks awesome!!! I think I might flash this...does this one have the virtual keys or if so a way to remove them? Also do the hardware soft keys on the actual phone light up? (hope I termed that correct)

This DOES NOT have the On-Screen buttons or the virtual keys like you called them so there's no need to remove them!
I will add them back in when the actual navigation bar in settings is fixed and you are able to toggle them on and off like is intended
The hardware keys do light up, I had aheeejd test prior to posting and he reported no issues

Yup, they light up, same as others. Unless you have auto brightness checked, they will go out, but in settings this has the status bar brightness, mine was checked so I assume that's default. So when they do go out, just glide finger on status bar.

Great to see another Dev on the scene, thanks for porting it.
Personally I won't be using it as I can't stand the camera on non sense based roms as its one of my favourite features on the phone just wanted to say thanks and welcome to the One S

Not speaking ill but is this a kang/clone of PACman ROM with some OP tweaks? It seems to me it's very very similar to PACman ROM.
I tried looking at your website, and I understand sites are funded by advertisements but its a shame that yours requires adblock to be removed mandatory to see the contents.
Any ways, good luck on this.

Oh right didn't know that thanks.

I installed the rom and had multiple issues. Aosp keyboard force closes constantly, even when not using the keyboard. The home button won't take you home. Recent apps buttons seems to be non-functional as well. Also the lock screen wasn't coming on. When pressing power it just goes directly to home screen.
Restored my nandroid from another rom. Had high hopes.

Yeah I just installed and so far everything is working quite well actually. Going to try it for a few days give it acrun through and see how things good, but so far so good.

I did do a full wipe before flashing. was coming from a sense based rom so I wasnt going to risk it.
I used GooManager to install this rom, gapps, and 4.2.1 camera/gallery, had the issues I described.
I then rebooted into recovery (twrp) and wiped all, flashed rom and gapps, still had troubles.
I dont have a log cat, I have never had to pull one before so I have never needed to know how, google-ing it now
dont know if it will help you but I am on 1.09 hboot

The AOSP keyboard error sounds like a bad gapps flash. Try downloading a different gapps package. I'm downloading the ROM currently so I'm not sure which package it takes, but I'm betting the 11/30 one. If not, try the 10/14 with the jb-picasa one on top of it.
As for the other issues, I don't know. I'll report back once I've tested this ROM out. That all sounds like flashing issues to me. You made sure you cleared both caches before and after installation and performed the Factory Reset option in TWRP before the flash?

same problem happened to me with an earlier version. Go to play store and download an app called 'rescan media root' and let it do its job and you should be able to see all your stuff after the scan.

I actually took a look at that today and thought about intigrating it into the rom... looks good to me but just know it doesnt do a factory reset and you should really do that... so after you run it just make sure to factory reset on your recovery (TWRP 2.3.3 I hope)

HellKat is CM11 based with a completely redone beautiful Holo Red theme. You'll probably notice a difference between HellKat and CM nightlies (or the virgin AOSP builds) due to the LINARO 4.8 toolchain we use to compile the ROMs. HellKat was first created by DerTeufel during Jellybean and was called Hellybean. We now support several devices and with a new build server we will be able to bring this beautiful ROM to even more devices. If you have another device supported by CM you more than likely can build HellKat for your other device. Installation instructions
1. Download ROM
2. Reboot into recovery, You must use a SELinux compatible recovery.
3. Please back up your ROM before you begin!
4. Wipe System, Data, Cache, Dalvik
5. Flash the ROM
6. Flash 4.4 Gapps
7. Reboot
8. Let it sit a while.
9. Enjoy HellKat

Update: Did a clean install, wiped everything. Installed HellKat, restored apps but then had a number of F/C on Google +, Hangouts. Can't seem to clear them up. Cleared cache, uninstalled updates and then downloaded new updates. same f/c. Everything else seems fine. Love the wallpaper!

She is talented artist bro not a slut lmao. My favorite young female singer. Taylor Momsen of "The Pretty Reckless" Just google image search her name. That image is from he Maxim Magazine spread. New build up BTW fresh merged with CM right before compile.

Ok, I figured I would try this again. Downloaded the newest 12-17-13. Last time I used Gapps 2013-11-01. I figured gaps was the problem last attempt. So I tried the last PA Gapps 12-15 13. It was a no go, booted but everything was black but for battery circle, signal, WiFi. I could toggle and get to settings. So I wiped everything again and flashed again, same thing, again. Then I thought I would try another Gapps. This time I tried the 11-17-13 Gapps. That did the trick. Everything is working, no F/C on anything. Seems smooth so far. Has anyone else had issues like this?

I had issues with Google not restoring my account, but the newest PA Gapps fixed the problem. I am using the latest PA Gapps without a problem.

I would recommend TWRP 2.6.1.0, but any that is SELinux compatible should work.

I'm noticing something I haven't seen on any ROM since I last used my Skyrocket.
I'm on Rogers. When I reboot the phone I have to dial *#*#4636#*#* and set it back again to LTE.
I can't do it from setting, and it always goes back to WDCMA after a reboot.
Can this be made to stick?
