I ordered the black Androidified one from amazon, claims its not compatible with the ATT One X, but I just figured it meant the pins don't line up on the back.
I could care less about the pins. I'm supposed to get this tomorrow, and will let you know how it fits.
Please lets me know. But on gsmarena say att version dimension are 134.8 x 69.9 x 8.9 mm
And the international version dimension are 134.4 x 69.9 x 8.9 mm

I got mine today. It fits fine and the pins are all visible. The only thing wacky is that a portion of the flash is covered by the case although none of the metallic ring of the camera sits under the case like those others. .04MM might not seem like much but you can tell the alignment is off a bit with the rear cutouts.

Here you go ... some pictures.
Only gripe I have about this case is that power button is too close to the cut-out so you kinda have to find it everytime you go for it ...
Overall, not bad ... obviously with time there will be more options available but I wanted to put my phone under the cover as soon as possible.
i got my smoke case today....it definitely doesn't seem to fit exactly as it should. I absolutely love the case though, but will probably exchange for the ATT version when it becomes available (hopefully soon!!)
I'm going to have to wait until they make 1 for our model

They finally got the cases up for the ATT version. I'm going to return my international case, and use the "buy 2, get one free" for these cases.
These cases really are cool. I have got a lot of attention with the big "Andy the Android" on the back. I love showing off my fanboy side lol

Waiting for my translucent green case to arrive from Amazon. I was not planning on using a case and love the phone naked but I'll give the green one a try. I hope it looks nice on the gray HOX like it does on the white HOX.

Offers no protection and makes the phone very slippery.
Got it for $15. Not worth it. Definitely not worth it at $30.

How ridiculous of HTC to release such a flimsy case for such an expensive price. I saw a picture of this case snapped in half quite easily.
Clearly someone at HTC was playing a joke, I mean blue and orange? $30? I feel like they're virtually feeding us crazy pills.

I like mine and use it when not at work. I work out in the field and use the best buy case and holster combo. It's nice when going out to dinner and showing off the great design of the one x. FYI that link is for the one x and not for the att or rogers(xl) version.

I realize now that this is a slightly different case than the one I was mentioning. This is the official case for the international One X. I don't know if this is quite as flimsy as the one for the One XL, but it probably wouldn't fit on the XL anyways. Could anyone confirm this? i'm interested in grabbing the white one for my fancy times.
The white one reminds me of a golf ball.. but they should've kept this pattern for the US version instead of the stripe/bar pattern we got.
I can't vouch for that one specifically. I do have the HC 700 for my XL though. Unfortunately since I'm a new user it won't let me link it, but you can find it on the site you found that one under the HC 700 model number.
It's for the International version but I decided to give it a shot for my phone. It does fit, just not perfectly. You can feel a little(barely) flex in it if you press down on the back of the phone's edges. The camera lens also doesn't line up completely but luckily the flash is not covered and the lens is not covered, just a little of the ring around the lens gets obscured by the case. Same thing goes with the hole for the speaker, it just barely comes up to the point where the holes for the speaker are but it doesn't cover them, but it does leave a larger gap at the top of the speaker holes. None of the buttons or input/output jacks are affected though. Since that is a similar case I'm sure the results would be similar.
I primarily got the case to keep the back of my White One X(L) from getting scratched, so far it's doing its job so I can't really complain too much about the minor alignment issues.
Yes,also know this case from other forums that it's don't do good protection..
It's been out for other phones but I haven't heard much about it on the One x.
Anyway it's $16 on Amazon for the black and white cases. It looks about perfect for what I want, a thin, slim case which a clear back that shows off the phone while still offering protection. Apparently it covers the camera lens and has a lip on the front. So any word on these two case? Also I was wondering if the white one will look good on the black phone. I've seen a bunch of good cases for the white one. There's not as many for the black

Other than this, I may try out the Diztronic TPU cases. Again the question will be black on black, or white on black for that .
I have the black one. It's pretty slick but it's a b!tch to get on and off. Also, it was made for the international version so the cutouts don't quite line up. I got it off ebay for like $4. It's not branded by boxwave but it is the identical case, surely from the same manufacturer that boxwave gets it from.

Ok thanks I'll look into that. I mean I don't mind that much about the on and off. It's not like there's expandable memory or a battery that needs to be removed lol. As long as it looks good and offer good protection I'm fine and this one seems to do it.
Also how far off are the cutouts? I don't want to lose my headphone jack or anything lol.

It's just the camera and speaker cutouts that are ever so slightly off, like every other international case. Everything else is fine.

Ok as long as it doesn't obscure the camera and recording n block the speaker then I guess I'm fine with that. Last question tho, is your phone black or white? I'm leaning black on my black phone but was wondering if white looks good on the black phone.
thats too bad it doesnt fit... if they made a high quality case with that style, it would be very nice.

It definitely doesn't obscure the camera at al. It's barely noticeable but I'm anal with my cases. I've got the grey phone with the black case. I don't think white would look good at all, IMO.

Yeah I'm a little anal with these things too lol. I dk what the gray one looks like, but my black phone is like dark grayish but yeah I think black is not bad. I'll give it a shot thanks for the help lol

With that pointed out, I have a white x myself and wanted to hide it some, though it has grown on me since getting it.
I had the guys when I got my ghost armor put on the screen, to cover the back in one of their black skins.
It looks pretty good, black back with white trim around edges, plus its backed for life by GA as well.

There are lot of cases on Amazon and eBay but I don't know if I'd personally buy a white case. Just in fear of it looking cheap. I do have to say though my HTC One XL looks beast with a red case. if you really want a white HOX why don't you just exchange it at the store you bought it from, unless they're permanently out of stuck. :/

Only problem i found in converting white grey or vise versa is the speaker holes present in HTC One X.
Most of the case makers not individually covering the spaces around the speaker holes.
So, if we put a white case on gray HTC One X, the speaker area would still look grey

If you can find someone with a white case, the phone comes apart very cleanly, without tools.

Well if SGP makes an ultrathin for our phone, then that one covers the speaker grills. But the front edges are still exposed.

I have looked high and low for a case that is durable, thin(not the ultra thin ones), but isn't silicon. Anyone using something like this? I need it to be able to slide in and out of my pocket fairly easily. (Hence why I'm avoiding silicon cases) If there's one that does this and covers the volume rocker as well as keeps the phone from laying on the screen or camera, I'd have all my wants met.
Preferably matte black, if I can have it. Thanks!
I am on the same hunt also. Narrowed it down to the silicrylic and ballistic SG. I like the sleekness of the silicrylic, but the robustness and confidence I can have with the ballistic is tempting.

Seidio surface case. Same thing as the platinum. People complain about the button covers breaking but mine have not snagged on anything nor do I feel they are flimsy. In order to break them you would need to have the mind of a two year old that's on a mission to break things.
I'm not allowed to post links yet, but go to incipio's website and if you go to smart phone cases > htc > htc one x(att) there are a couple cases there. The feather and feather shine are very thin and pretty good looking. I'd recommend the normal feather(black one). I had both but the black one is more durable. The shine one looks really slick, but the corners of the case that line up with the corners of the phone ended up breaking after a month or two. The other one should fair better because it isn't made of out the same plastic material.
Thanks for the replies. I had also looked at the silicryllic and ballistic. Thinking along the lines of one of those. Not sure if I want something that makes the phone huge(er) in the hand than it already is Haha.
check out the Nillkin TPU case... This is the best case I have ever found for a phone. Love the thinness and matte look/feel. Keeps the sexyness to the phone and also has a nice lip for the camers (something that I have yet to find on a thin case for this phone. Will never buy another case for this phone again...

I clicked this thread by mistake, but as the case i use on my One X is compatible with One XL i would recomend you the Momax iCase Pro it is made of TPU+Polycarbonate it doesn't add much bulk to the phone while giving very decent protection, the case protudes a bit on the top and bottom to avoid the screen hitting the floor first, it protudes on the back around the camera and overall its a tight fit and feels very well in the hand, slides in the pocket nicely too!

Consider yourself lucky. I know 3 people, including myself, personally that have bought that case and the power button piece broke on all 3. Not a big deal now since I use s2w but at first it sucked big time.

I think I'm gonna go with this. Did you get yours from their website? I avoid chinese stores when I can, but this looks like exactly what I want.

I got mine from ebay, not their website, it might take a while as these cases are quite rare to be seen on europe or america and they mostly come from Hong Kong! If you want, i can take some pics so you can see how the case looks on the phone.

I think it shouldn't be a problem considering that on their website they say "Model: One X (S720e)/ One XL (X325s)"

That just tells me they really dont fit 100% if they claim they line up perfect on both phone versions.
It either fits the ONE X perfect or the ONE XL perfect no way it fits both perfect.

It's not like the phones are that diferent, its only 0,4mm not 4mm. If you see around there are a lot of cases which are compatible with both phones the One X and the XL and i can't see why are you making such a big deal out of this, if the case doesn't fit on his XL he can always return it.
