You don't start by building a mercedes, try building a wheel, then a card etc.
There is no simple HOWTO: Xda App...
Use google and start with basic android tutorials...

Or, as long as I'm newbie in this forum, please someone - post this thread into Android Software Development and ask people to try to create it!

I have to do a project for school and need to create a mobile app. I was wondering what sites/software would be the best to try and create a mobile app for someone who has very limited experience with web/app design? I would like to try to add voice recognition or voice commands to it. I also want to incorporate a gps. Thanks in advance, any info helps. Happy holidays!
