I'm wondering if someone can help me understand the major advantages/differences of x3.3 and the latest version? I'm on the SGH-i317 ATT.
This rom is just incredible. I don't want to flash for the sake of flashing. But I'm always looking for the newest in new...(thanks, King AdRock)

Might be some time before we see any miui. From what I understand no one is working on it. Beans and I were working on porting he had more luck than me. But it could be some time. I will try again now that boot loader is unlocked.

I'm sure it'll happen. MIUI is huge on the GS2, probably will be on the GS3 too. If so, you can bet d2vzw will get some love
I recently upgraded to ICS and didn't see much graphical improvement over GB. So know I am want to get a replacement and was wondering which ROM CynogenMod 9.1 or Jedi Knight 2 is better, specifically more stable. Also could you explain some of the difference between them. Thank You.

Lol...yeah, he is right. Your chosses(idk how to spell that DX) would be stock rooted or unofficial cm9 which if it fits your needs, it is a good choice

If you want aosp/aokp then go to Verizon galaxy s3 original android development and compare the many roms. If it's touch wiz you want then go to Verizon galaxy s3 android development and compare the many roms in that thread. They are all a little different and it depends on what your looking for. The links to flash are right there on the 1st page of the op. To ask someone for best rom and link sounds a little lazy to me. What if someone sent you wrong link and you ended up bricking your phone. Wouldn't you like to do a little research and make sure your getting the right zip? Just my opinion but what do I know.

This is a decent tablet and could be much better!! Can someone please be all the i497 owners hero and give us a rom!! If I can help or test or anything I'm willing! Is there a specific reason no one wants to develop for this tablet? Any help or answers would be greatly appreciated, thanks!! :banghead:

I dont think there is a "issue" just no serious developers have obtained this tablet. I think in the tablet game most developers don't go for carrier ones.. I'm still setting up my PC but I'm going to try and get at least a stock deodexed ROM going tonight or tomorrow. What's the latest firmware for the i497.. I see a firmware for an Am2 having a hard time finding a place to download the latest firmware from?

What is the consensus on something like this?
It is called MoDaCo.SWITCH and it allows touch wiz to be run with the ability to boot with a stock android rom.
I can't post a link due to xda forum rules because I am a new user, but just search modaco switch for Samsung Galaxy s4.

Yeah I am trying to get it ran on mine issue is that its an international and doesn't come with the Loki kernel and Loki patch doesn't work but you can flash your own kernel. I had backed it on indiegogo and I have it ATM. Trying to figure out how to install a different rom as well. But its only in beta and unless you donated you can't get it until official release.
