extract name display

just wondering if anyone knows if its possable to extract the name display functionality out of the rogers rom i would like to try one o hte newer 6.1 roms but love having the name display, just wondering if anyone has been able to figureout how to pull this out of hte offical wm6.0 rogers rom, i'de be willing to give it a try if anyone things they can figure it out

Cyanogenmod is basically an extremely customizable version of stock Android. You should be able to find the information you need and download links there.

Sure but how about some more details so the Forum can "hold" onto something? Things like: what phone, what Android version, is it a custom ROM, if yes what ROM is it?
If you don't give us some info we've got nothing to go onto right?
I can tell you that if it is a custom ROM, you can go back to where you got it from and inform/report the dev(eloper) about the bug.

How to make it a flashable rom?

Anyone knows IF this is a rom and HOW to flash it?
It is a .tar.gz and not a .zip.

Well I can see pretty much nothing form this pic, but basicly crc's in htc dev are kernel source codes, so you can't flash this.
This also can be a ruu, really give a link and some explenation of what you want to do.
