first, you will have to install custom kernel , i think most of them are now support OTG.
and then you need a special USB cable , more detail , you can use forum search , key word "OTG cable"

Sounds very interesting...but no experience with it.
OTG is not implemented in any kernel except for the aries kernel in the aries test builds of CM9.
But eventually, yes, it will be implemented.
