It's AOSP with a bunch of options in it. I've ported Paranoid Android, AOKP, CNA, and Xenon JB to the Photon (Phone I own) so far and this one has the most options and tweaks to it. It's really nice, and my personal fav...has the best batt life on my phone, too
Not sure what mtd or bml is....sounds like something that's related specifically to this phone...

It is the filesystem. I'm guess if you built off jt's new kernel source it will be mtd. I asked because if it is bml, then cm10 users would have to Odin back to stock to install. I'll test out and report back for you. =]

Any screenies and procedure how to flashed this rom...i never seen in the OP
Well, I'm guessing that I'm gonna end up being the only one to have this particular issue, as my phone seems like it may have some kind of radio gremlins. However, I just installed this ROM and I have a completely dead radio after install. I tried several clean installs, wiping data, cache/dalvik, system, and running qkster's wiping zip afterwards for good measure. All left me with no radio after installing.
I tried to change my APN settings- More..> Mobile Networks> but as soon as I click Access Point Names, I get an error message "Unfortunately, the process com.android.phone has stopped" I don't do ADB, so I grabbed a logcat app from Play Store. It's my first attempt at one, so hopefully there's something useful in the attached file.
**EDIT**
My initial install was coming directly from GB. Apparently you HAVE to flash this ROM over an ICS ROM. I went back to stock UCLB3, via Heimdall, then flashed Paranoid Android over that. Installed CNA over Paranoid, and I actually had cellular and data signal now. However, I'm still getting the same error message when going into APN settings.
Haven't done too much testing so far, but it seems fairly smooth and responsive. I still get the same erratic signal strength that I've gotten from all the other 4.x. ROMs I've tried so far. At any given time, it's likely to start out with 1 bar, jump up to 3 bars, and then drop down to none, all in the space of under 10 seconds. Gonna experiment with flashing some different modems, but that's been pretty useless with other 4.x ROMs I've tried.
This sounds great, is the link for the download up yet cause I can't find it.
Sent from my SGH-I997 using Tapatalk 2
Damn you guys!! I'm loving MIUI, but knowing the work Th3Bill does, I will have to try this ROM.
Question for Pony: Since I am coming from MIUI 2.8.10, all I should have to do is the usual wipes. Is this correct?
Guess I'd better reread BigJoe's instructions, just in case I screw something up!!!

Ok, here's the deal ...
I'm going to publish this in a little bit, but with the massive changes pushed to CM10.1 yesterday all new builds on the ROM don't work. I'm going to use the build I ran yesterday, make some small changes and include the marla v1.1 kernel and that's it. Until the BeanStalk mods are made compatible with the new CM10.1 updates there will be no updates, nor any bug fixes.
Good news is that it has been running very well for me the past day.

200 in five hours? WOW. Might be a skyrocket record?
WOW!! This ROM is AMAZING, thank you CvD! This Rom has everything I needed, truly a blend of the best features from all the Rom's I have used. Android Tweaker is great app as well. There are so many things you can customize on this, seems like almost everything and anything. The bootanimation is great also (just an idea, it would of been cool if you could have the circle do more than just one cycle before looping back to the start again. Maybe it goes 3-4 around, just so you dont see that skip, hope that makes sense. Not trying to be rude or anything, just wanted to share that with you). Loving this rom, its really smooth, not one issue so far. I'll report back on my experience with battery life after a few cycles in. Thank you again.
LOOK AT 4TH POST!!
I am proud to present to you BeanStalk Builds put together by myself. This is a build composed off of the CM10.2 builds and i have added alot of features on top of it. So you get speed, stability, and ultra customization ability. Many of the additional code additions came from slim ROM and also Derteufels build and have been modified to work with my current setup. A huge thanks to Derteufel and the Slim ROM guys for their work and dedication. Also a big thanks to everyone involved with CM as that is the building stone in this project. Thanks to skyliner33v for the bootanimation and upcoming wallpapers!

So far so good, just one question: in expanded desktop the wallpaper does not reach the top of the screen. Can I do anything to sort this out?

Phablet. How do I change to tab ui, can't see the option?
If you want to avoid systemui f/c first flash 4.4.008 then let it boot. Now you can dirty flash over it the latest version plus gapps.
Fixed by me not by the main dev.

changelog
BUGS:
1. Backlight not always turning on. Mostly observed in-call, some reporting that turning off automatic brightness will minimize the effect.
2. Network event notification not working. Even checked, the events are not reported
3. Swipe on standard keyboard gives FC on keyboard
4. WiFi has connectivity problems with certain wifi networks (unable to connect). This happens mostly with secured networks not open ones/hotspots, unfortunately couldn't find a pattern for this. Switching wifi band from Auto to 2.4GHz only, seem to solve the connectivity issue.
5. Some rare crackling noises and audio problems, mostly in-call and while adjusting volume with vol buttons
6. USB tethering not working. Might be due to incorrect drivers since when activating a new One S device show up in Device Manager but with no drivers installed (Windows 7 & Windows 8.1). WiFi tethering (hotspot) works though. Some reports say also BT tethering works
7. Rebooting phone sometimes goes in bootloops and/or incomplete loading (cell signal not present). Powering down and starting up again usually solves this.
8. Sometimes, usually during a call, mobile network disconnect and it's connected again after call ends. I've seen this many times but I believe it was also present on android 4.3 before

The icons are from 4.4, it's just because it's AOSP and not Google apps, e.g the launcher is not the new one as its not in AOSP source

No problem. Thats why we are on custom ROM.
All excitement is just before making everything working.--afterwards no charm
Do anyone faces issue with Bluetooth connectivity ? Like calls getting disconnected while on Car bluetooth ?
How did you get this to build. I was getting constant build errors.

Very nice, modded it for t0lte and installed it on my N7105. Works superb. The only bug i#Ve found until now is the show GB option in the recents setting. If it's on the systemui fc's showing recents. Well, if you continue building this great rom, could you provide a t0lte version, too?
.
After installed your rom I lost carrier signal ....I didn´t find any solution for that, because I didn´t find any modem for 4.4.2......flash back to HellKat and everything is ok now
Same thing Here. No carrier signal.
The ROM is having so many features and very nice.. But you can't use it.. As a phone ..

Yup I think I can fix it, i used a file 'cbd' from my phone,
if someone can use a file manager and send me the cbd file from the folder: sbin/
that should solve the issue, just use root explorer, go to root folder, then sbin/ and there is a file called cbd there,
copy it somewhere and send it to me and it should fix the radio issue
Could you use the file from t0lte, too, is it the same? I've used your build to make a t0lte build, it works great and wirh baseband.
