A month ago, I S-off my sensation XE.
Yesterday I performed the procedure to return the phone S-on, but something has been successful because now it remains only in bootloader, no chance to load any RUU...
My bootloader is:
PYRAMID PVT SHIP S-ON RL
HBOOT-1.20.0000

eMMC-BOOT

Run the appropriate ruu for your device which i guess is 1.73.401.4.
i do this...
RUU_Pyramid_LE_HTC_Europe_1.73.401.4_Radio_10.58.9035.00U_10.15.9035.02_2_release_220036_signed
but the error was bootloader error or signatures error
That's because you s-on with the wrong hboot - you now need to wait for a new RUU

Go read this topic, it may be of help to you. Some report fixing their devices with s on and wrong h boot.

Ii have the same situation....
They say You need to wait for revolutionary to be updated
OR
Go to the HTC dev AND use the Unlock Bootloader

you tried the unlocked on HTC dev?
Just flash the ruu with lower version like 1.18 or 1.17
I ran the unlock and I tried to install the RUU
RUU_Pyramid_LE_HTC_Europe_1.73.401.4_Radio_10.58.9035.00U_10.15.9035.02_2_release_220036_signed
but does not work.
now stays lit on the white screen with htc green.
is there no way to resolve my problem?

my question is... now what can i do to restore all phone to factory RUU and hboot???
or if this is not possible what can i do to restore S-OFF

Hi. For long time ago i decided to root my phone, i used htc dev. But yesterday i decided to try to get s-off with revolutionary. I followed this guide to downgrade:

Yes. If you have unlocked with HTC-Dev then you need to flash the boot.img as well.

i have got htc sensation 4g to add other language german .
IT WAS s-on hboot 1.27 and locked bootloader
i got success to unlock bootlaoder with htcdev
and i got success s-off with ControlBearRelease_pyramid_ICS_WIN
and i tried to flash
rmk-pyramid-stock_ics_3.32.401.3-v1.zip
via recovery but after flash success phone not power on and the LCD was black ..
i repair it with riff box and the phone now power on normal and
the HBOOT 1.18 and s-off but the bootloader lock .
i need help to flash it woth germany laguage or unlock the bootloader
to be able flash it with other ID provider

Please any one, correct me if I am wrong. You can not flash 3.32 firmware if the rom does not support it. 3.32 Only works with certain Roms.
Get an ICS rom (Android 4.0.3) flash firmware and then rom. Should be working then.

you Know, i have RUU 3.33.707.151 version Asia WWE, and i was downgraded my version to 3.33.707.106 without GoldCard !!
i tried it tow times, the first time with my Kingston 32GB Class 10 SD and confirmed
then when i try to install the same RUU with my old card 2GB Class 2 SD, it show me error that mean - you try to install wrong Rom
2- i was changed my CID from HTC__044 to HTC__J15 with out Rooted and Unlock my phone, cause i was install my RUU after changed it without Errors
the quistion is : what is the way to unlock my phone but i want to keeb the Relock and Unroot is safe
i was heared about : HTCDEV can't go back to LOCKED again !!
so i need the to unlock my phone and go back to LOCKED again without HTCDEV Unlock

can you post the bootloader details?
i am hardly understand of what you are really seeking for
probably you need only S-OFF(because you said you want to keep the relocked and unroot status) am i right?

I don't think you can go back to ***LOCKED*** after you unlock the bootloader via HTCdev. You can get it to say ***LOCKED*** if you s-off the phone. It will say ***LOCKED*** but it will also say s-off.
If you want to sell your phone, I'm sure no one would mind if the phone is s-on or s-off.

You can't get it to say ***LOCKED*** if you tried to lock it again using HTCdev.
You can get it to say ***LOCKED*** if you s-off the phone and don't install juopunut hboot.
If you want to sell the phone, no one cares if the phone is s-on or s-off.

Hmm...I think you are talking about sim-unlock. When people sell phones, some list them as "unlocked". This means that the phone can be used with any carrier (any phone company that provides service)
There is a different kind of unlock. That is the bootloader unlock. If you want to unlock your bootloader, you need to go use HTCdev unlock method (htcdev.com). It will give you information on how to unlock your bootloader.
S-off means security off. It is the opposite of s-on(security on). This means that you can flash many things that a unlocked bootloader cannot do. If you want to s-off, then I gave you a link in my previous post about the guide for s-off.
Rooting is also different from s-off and unlocking bootloader. Rooting gives you (the owner) superuser rights (like an administrator account on a PC). All you need to do to root is to follow this guide: http://theunlockr.com/2012/09/20/how-to-root-the-htc-sensation-on-hboot-version-1-27-0000/

Rooting and bootloader are different.
Rooting and s-off are also different.
Rooting your phone requires either s-off or unlock bootloader. If you unlock bootloader and then root, it will say ***UNLOCKED***
if you s-off, it will say ***LOCKED***
You can also unlock bootloader AND s-off (do both by unlocking bootloader first and then s-off). If you want to unlock bootloader and s-off, then follow this guide: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=25202517
But to root your phone you must unlock your bootloader or s-off

but you can use ganeshp's guide instead
Ganeshp's guide works for 1.29 hboot also. I know this because my hboot version was 1.29 and it worked

i already unlock my htc at htcdev and do juopunut s-off and do flash rom
but the only one thing is i forgot to supercid but i still can go to the recovery.
im running out of idea because now the phone stuck at htc logo and cant connect to the pc.

try to install another rom i have this issue with many roms
did you do a full wipe before flashing the rom?
what recovery do you have?
Dont forget to full wipe except sd card if you come from other roms
