Flash Miui Rom on JPKP5?

I have a Samsung Galaxy SL with JPKP5 firmware. Can I flash the MIUI roms now available onto it?
It says you need KPU,KPH.
Please reply soon
Thanks in advance
Hey. Backup ur files and apps then dw xxkph or xxkpu and flash it. Then install mini.
since it is a requirement to be on XXKPU and XXKPH, then you have to flash those firmwares first, root your phone, and then flash the MIUI ROM
follow instrtuctions!
cheers
im facing issues when converting my phone from KPE to KPU - Odin says failed, i selected the two files that were in the zip and started the procedure, it failed. Can any one assist please

[Q] getting old stock rom?

I recently flashed a custom rom(Jana Rom) on my samsung G-fit. But i'm facing some lagging problem in this rom. now i want to switch back to my
stock rom.
How can i get the old stock rom of samsung g-fit and how to flash that rom on my device.
Do i need to do it woth the odin or just copy the zip file and do recovery mode technique ?
and where will i get the zip of the old stock rom.
I recently upgraded my G-fit from foryo to GB and i have that 'GT-S5670_INU_S5670DDKT1_S5670ODDKT1_S5670DDKT1' do i need to do the odin procedure with this file or what?
Thanks.

Depends.
If you want to completely revert to factory settings (that means removing CWM recovery too) then use ODIN method.
If you wish to flash other roms in future then I suggest you to flash pure stock roms by Raj Joshi from android developement section.
Simply flash those like normal roms through recovery.
Tip: Flash CM7,miniCm7 and their derivatives for better performance. Stock roms are always laggy. (atleast for me)
Procedure and Happy Flashing

Hi @vikrantnegi007,
You can find the required ODIN Firmware Package as you wish for the ODIN tool
http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/ and put in the Device Model Number and download it
or complete Firmware Package of Gingerbread 2.3.6 DDKT3 you can find the link below
http://hotfile.com/dl/146050815/b3b9278/S5670DDKT3_S5670ODDKT2_INU.zip.html in case this link doesn't work please download the Packages from above link as I can't check it from my office so dntmnd
For ODIN Flashing Tool:
http://www.downloads.techdiscussion.in/software/download-odin-rooting-software/
and Procedure to Flash is:
- Shutdown Galaxy Fit and restart it in Recovery Mode. For that hold the volume down key + Home key and power key. Hold it for some seconds and leave it. The device will boot in recovery mode. When the yellow triangle, connect cell phone and a computer with a USB cable.
- Launch ODIN on your system. In that look under ID:COM section. The section will turn to yellow once the device is connected and detected.
- Now click on OPS. It will ask you to browse the downloaded firmware package. Browse to GIO_1.0.ops. Once it is selected click on One Package and choose S5670DDKT3_S5670ODDKT2_S5670DDKT2_HOME.tar.md5.
- Now click on Start. The update process has started and it will take few minutes to complete.
- Once it is done, the device will reboot itself. Later on you can go in Settings and checkout the firmware version.

[Q] From stock to CM and back with CWM?

Hi,
i got a GT-N8000 here and wanted to know (before i do anything) is it possible to backup the stock ROM, flash cyanogenmod and go back to stock ROM when needed in some way?
I would prefere to use CWM for flashing CM but with my phone (LG P880) it was not possbile to boot the stock ROM with a CWM bootloader. Is it also like this for the GT-N8000?
Thanks in advance.
Wrong question here?

Help going back from CM to stock GB

Hello!
I have currently instaled rom cm-10.1-20131117-UNOFFICIAL-janice.zip, with cwm recovery, rooted.
What is the procedure for installing to factory rom android 2.3.6, I have the right archive "Samsung-Updates.com-I9070-MSR-I9070XXLK2-1352977295"?
If possible without Odin and windows... Anyhow possible to update from cwm?
Thx.
