Yep, exactly..and his method is not gonna work on any JB rom i guess..
Follow Peteragent5's guide..its better
Or just make your own method like others do!
the standard way of changing board specific files which holds true for porting rom from any device to any device

i have got a camera apk from a different rom and tried to install it on the cyanogen mod rom ...but it dose not install.ive tried puting it in the /system/app and it still dose not work.......is there a way to install it

Depends on where u got the apk from. If u got it from a sense rom then it wont work on CM rom or AOSP/AOKP roms etc etc. Also what android version did u get the apk from and what version ur trying to install it on.

with the JB rom im afraid ul just have to try a few from the playstore or maybe from another 4.2.2/4.1.2 rom but id say they r all the same so playstore would be ur best bet.
I seen people porting TouchWiz to other device for example HTC and Nexus could I use a stock touchwiz rom to port over or is there a touchwiz rom I could port?
Touchwiz rom may be available for your device search it for your device in xda.

Thanks but that is for ics our devices are android 4.1.2 although I guess I can try to find ics version of my Rom then use this.

Is this your first Android phone? If not, you should know that the options we have are very low in comparison with other devices. We have:
-CM10(check my baseband fix)
-NoZ. JB based. Was originally made for the E dual but works fine on the single sim version of the Xperia E.
-XboosT. ICS based. Same applies as NoZ
-Termin(my own ROM)
-CM11 Alpha release. Just wait for a Beta release. I'm not sure, but I don't think the Alpha is suited for daily use.
And that's it.

And how apply your patch for leds? I use pac rom but i wanted that the leds only light up when touch them and not on every touch on screen

For s2ve/p it is possible but it's too hard since we'll have to add a lot of CM patches.

This isnt going to happen until Xiaomi stop being lazy and release MIUI 8 to patchrom since MIUI 7 is still based on 4.4.4 Kitkat
