I was planning to buy N8013 from Ebay, but I was wondering what are the supported languages in the stock N8013 ? does is support Arabic or do I need to flash it with custom rom for that ?
Arabic is not a system language. However you can install GO keybord Arabic and then use it in apps. Reading Arabic on web and in emails works nicely. This device just needs the keyboard. That being said, I'm waiting for the official N8010 Jellybean rom to become available. I'll flash that for full Arabic ingegration.

I have bought HD mini from Germany and it was pre-installed with German language. I managed to put an English ROM version but it is not supporting Arabic language and I can't instal the Arabic ROM update as the phone is out of the region.
SMS, emails, twitter and Facebook are all not working in Arabic now.

I dont think youll find it. The closest thing there is a rooted rom with arabic patch by madmack. Thats why people move to other roms like cyanogen or miui, its the lack of rtl support in vanilla android

Thanks for the inputs, unfortunately it doesnt have the arabic language as an option since its a european device.
Is there any CWM or stock rom for Middle East available for download?
That's weird, I think my p5113 has Arabic. You could try CM9. (click the link in my signature for flashing instructions)
Arabic keyboard for galaxy tab 2
i just bought a galaxy tab2, 10.1, running android 4.0.3
i bought it from Dubai, so it is a middle east region with Arabic support. i can browse Arabic websites and i can read Arabic e-mails. however, i can't add an Arabic keyboard to be able to change the input language back and forth from English to Arabic.
in the settings, there is only the option to change the whole device language to Arabic, which i don't want. even when i tried this option, and the whole tab turned into Arabic, i tried writing a memo or an e-mail and there was not Arabic keyboard.
please let me know how to add a keyboard, or do i have to download a keyboard as an app?
Search in Play Store for Swiftkey 3, it's a custom keyboard that lets you switch the language indpendent of the OS language.
Hi, I want to ask about the list of languages available in the Android Revolution HD 3.4.2 ROM, and whether or not there is a full Arabic language support. I have checked the Cyanogenmod list but there is no Arabic language included, and the thread for the Android Revolution HD 3.4.2 isn't clear whether or not it has Arabic language support. Can anyone confirm this for me? Thank you.
on the thread it says "Multi-language (WWE)" but Im not sure if arabic is one of them, if you want the keyboard you can get it from the market

I know how to install a multilanguage keyboard, but what I want to know is if you can have Arabic menus and everything. If you can't, can you still type in Arabic just by installing the keyboard?
I got the N8000 and upgraded to German 4.1.1. The ROM came with Chinese language. I bought an N8013 and upgrade to German 4.1.1 using the 2 step for 8010. The ROM doesn't have Chinese language like the N8000 counterpart. Can anyone tell me which stock ROM has Chinese language? USB-OTG and Allshare Cast must also work too. Thanks.

Try the taiwanese one, cannot tell for sure as I do not have a 8010. But it should have logically
Obviosuly flashing an asian firmware you will also get asian language. I dont think any languages are removed "just beacuse".. but hidden/disabled.
My n8000 has all languages but i cant write in zh-tw (taiwanese) nor can i enable that language either... running a nordic JB 4.1.1
