Hello does anyone know how to replace TW lock screen with AOSP. I need music controls on lock screen and would prefer not to use halo locker.

Use galaxy mod rom and that is an
Option baked into the rom

There's a thread over on the android development section. Made by didact. I use that because it comes with messaging, phone, camera and Google now. U should know that it rotates and pure has disabled it n his rom and so has beanstown.

If its only the lock screen control u want try the Walkman app port in the Android Dev forum. Works great.

He disabled the rotation because it was causing freezing when trying to unlock the phone

Try this mod from andybones for cleanrom, it might work for you. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2122219. Just make sure you disable ripple effect in the stock lock screen.

+1 for magic lock. Golocker needs to have go launcher as the default. I use launcher pro..... also with the ics theme.... I think its called android 4 though

You could always flash a rom & have the ASOP lockscreen instead of an app overlay. I've used both Gummy & Humble, personally I liked the Gummy lockscreen b/c it has TSM parts & let's you have 4 sliders that you can edit. Humble let's you have the standard 2 locks (unlock & silence volume).
I just always got frustrated to see the old puzzle lock screen pop up before the lockscreen app come up ontop of it. To each their own, but I like having the ASOP slider lockscreen built into the rom.

Just pick option 3 under settings, lockscreen fix on Agile. That blocks the stock lock for me

Agile kept double lockscreen for me also. Magic is the way to go. No more messing with it. Just set it and go.
I use the sense 3. 0 lockscreen so I will be Modding magic to change the lock ring.

Okay, so the other day I was going to put some widgets on the lock screen and realized that there are only 5 widgets to choose from. Is there a way to add any widget I have to the lock screen or is it not possible.

3rd party launcher or a mod in app/mod thread or in original rom thread. Have no Idea what rom or lockscreen you have.

Someone will have to mod it. It was the same way since back on first HC/ICS Android lockscreen. It is available and already modded on 4.1.1-2 TW.

This is new Chronus clock released recently. It will work on both home screen and lock screen.
To access the settings find chronus in app drawer.
It may be required to readjust the widget size in order to display weather. Drag the widget from widget drawer on home screen.

Not sure why but I can find the settings for this. It just makes a clock widget. I tried resizing. Does it matter that I changed my screen density to 213? There is no settings app in the app drawer.

Hi all guys, fantastic widget.. Exactly what I was looking for... I'm running latest Android Revolution HD on my Gnex, everything works (via normal installation or via system/app installation)..
BUT in lockscreen I get the info about weather or events ONLY if I pull down the widget itselt. Is there any way to get the info showing directly when I turn on the screen??
This is pretty cool. I downloaded the 1/3 version before Scott integrated it in his 1/14 build of CM10.1
One question though, the OP has five shortcut buttons within Chronus and I was wondering how he was able to enable this because it's in the Chronus settings from 1/3 (or in Scott's build)
I did see that Quinny899 posted that other features in the screenshots might be something that has to do more with PA than Chronus, so I just wanted to make sure I wasn't blind (wouldn't be the first time) and missed something.

Is there a lockscreen app that mimics the Sammy lockscreen? I love the swipe anywhere thing and the swipe for notifications. (like how the message notification shows up and you swipe from that to open the message) I'm using the circles lockscreen on aokp but it doesn't have the notifications.

Widgetlocker is the closest. Maybe go locker haven't used go locker in a coons age but widget locker is pretty tight
Alright, might give it a try. For sure won't use go locker, the only good thing go put out was messaging but it doesn't beat stock. Thanks for the reply.
