Background:
I don't have the means to pay for internet separately, so I rooted my Evo to Wirelessly tether 4G (Not 3G). I used unrevoked method. I then downloaded CM7 using ROM Manager after backing up all my data. When I rebooted into CM7, the phone got stuck on the CM7 demo screen forever. I took out the battery and rebooted my phone. Hi just want to ask on how i can root my china tablet. It is unbranded. I tried almost all the root tools. I had my device recognized by my PC by having adb tools. Checked adb root and it is not permitted.

So, I just wan't to unlocked my bootloader plus I wan't to have custom rom.

You can't unlock your bootloader in that firmware version (182.46.15.xt926.) because Verizon has patched all the vulnerabilities used for..
And you can't downgrade to another exploitable firmware because you need to unlock your bootloader first..
Sorry dude, sadly you are stuck in stock until someone find another exploit for those things.
