i saw this guys scrrenshot and i really liked the rom , but i have no idea which rom it is ? or which launcher ? any ideas ...

It's probably a ROM in Arabic language, you can find more info here if you understand the language; otherwise try with a translator!

JEEZE! Looks like maybe a port of ICS using Arabic as the language. If I might ask...how could you know if you like the ROM from just a screenshot. Just curious, because if you can I'd love to know how so I can too.

Its looking like xperia rom or a modded xperia.Who knows?
