hey, please help me out with rooting of xperia neo v. i got no idea about any of these stuff. all i know is my boot loader is not unlocked, and i dont even know what that is! thanks in advance. do reply asap.
If you don't know what ROOT means, you better stay out of that!!! And why you unlocked your bootloader?

Sorry buddy...my bootloader is unlocked and so I lost my DRM keys..so gracenote music info will not work...

on c1505 (single sim) it works perfect (rooted with locked bootloader)
still hoping to see a recovery possible on locked bootloaders

Alright guys...my rom is released... It is stock based but I'm sad that people with locked bootloader cannot flash it due to absence of recovery...
I'm planning to port recovery for locked bootloaders by the next month... I need guys to help me...

Dude... it's exactly the same for every Xperia phone... Just follow the steps given on Sony's website! As fonetalker101 said, it's very easy. No special step for Tipo only, or something like that! Just a piece of cake.
Or just try flashtool
And as they said, the steps are same for every xperia..
Just ask if you have any doubts..
