Hi xda forum members...glad to be a part of this forum .....can anyone please give the procedure to root celkon a97i.I have searched a lot and found the rooting procedure posted in this forum...but as I'm worring about bricking my phone so I'm not able to proceed with this method.
..if anyone has rooted their phone by this method,please let me know.Can anyone give a single click root method for this mobile? Please forum people reply fast........Thanks in advance

Hi, I have tried rooting my A97i using Superoneclick and Unlockroot, with no luck. And fortunately for me the phone did not get bricked! So you can try rooting at your risk, if you feel it is necessary.
Hi...thanks for your reply....I have read in mt6575 device rooting forum that only gingerbread smartphones can be rooted with superoneclick method....is that true?...please give the step by step procedure for rooting as I wanted to remove sys apps and use chainfire for playing games,after trying I will post my experience....thanks again

Hi, no I don't think that only devices running gingerbread can be rooted using Superoneclick. You can read more here - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=803682
To tell you in detail - both these apps (Superoneclick, and Unlockroot) have to be installed on your computer. Then attach the phone with the USB and follow on screen instructions in the app. But I again advise you to exercise caution. Don't brick your phone and make it useless. I don't know how well phones marketed by Indian companies respond to rooting. I had rooted my MB525 and have upgraded to ICS 4.0.4 and the process was smooth, But as I wrote earlier the Celkon A97i did not get rooted.

heyy!!!! i have been searching the internet for months for the rooting process of my mobile which is a local chinese brand named symphony w5!!! finally i found xda developers i now i am asking a question!!! will you plzz provide me the process of rooting my symphony w5??? it is a clone of micromax a52 but i found one guy in xda that he followed the rooting process of a52 on w5 but failed!!! so can you help me by providing the root process of w5?? and my version is gingerbread 2.3.6

Try z4root apk.google it and you will find it. He not let us know we will provide it to you. It will root your android for you. It has got 2 options that is to do temporary root or permanent root. First try temporary root if it works than try for permanent. And let up low your result.

You try with Odin . U can search with title "Root phone and flash rom with Odin" on XDA forum . Good luck !
hello. i would like to ask if anyone here has a thread or guide to root as well as installing CMW and other necessary requirements such as custom JB roms for lenovo s720?I've followed a link from androidforums but then I'm not sure if the rooting process is successful because one of the instruction from the thread came from a thread here and frequently some apps and either the phone itself is malfunctioning. thank you in advance for your help.

Ipurchased this phone a week ago. I found that this phone lags a lot and after installing memory booster it has given a little speed to my phone. i was unable to find any custom roms or rooting guides for this phone. can any developer make one for this entry level smartphone. thanks

Rooting Is very easy for this phone jst download klingo root app for windows and follow the instruction.
