Is anyone else experiencing there pictures not loading on the XDA? I have the galaxy note 10.1 and running the newest software. I have tried refreshing the page clearing the cache and reinstalling the ROM.

YouTube app crashing after update

On both galaxy note 10.1 and galaxy tab 10.1, but no problems on sgs3. Any ideas? Clearing cache and data changed nothing. Wiping Dalvik chache also. On Note 10.1 LH2 firmware.

I'm getting crashes on my Nexus 7. Opening a video from my list of subscribed vids. Will load for a sec then freeze the tablet and reset the device. Haven't tried it on my S3.

No problem here on several devices including those mentioned but it's possible it's been silently fixed. Have you tried uninstalling/reinstalling?
Of course I did. Do you have the flash player installed on your device?

It was a stock app on mine. Already tried Uninstalling & reinstalling. Cleared data & cache. No joy. I've got flash installed.

I don't get it. A friend of mine has also the note 10.1 and has no problems, but he's on a different FW thou. The new style [email protected] anyway(on SGS3) but I would like to know why it's now working. A look in the play store and a know I' am not alone with this. Mostly problems with tabs(samsung, TF etc.).
On your nexus7 you can at least open the app, right? I get the crashes when a tap the youtube icon, so the app isn't even comming up.

YouTube app works fine for me, but I do not really use it anyways. I like the original website much better. I am on the original firmware it was shipped with.
By the way, YouTube app does not use flash player, so flash player has nothing to do with it. Flash player is used only when you use a web browser that supports flash on YouTube website.
So unless you have a specific reason you have to use the app, I would suggest using the website with flash player on your favorite web browser until it is fixed.
I know it's not using flash, I fought it might collide with the app somehow cause the flash player is the only difference(except the FW) between the 2 notes 10.1 and google no longer supports flash since JB and as always not giwing a [email protected]*k about other devices other than nexus. Guess I'am wrong. The old version works anyway, after the update not. I can live with that, I was just curious, better than *****in' bout the iphone 5 or JB not finaly arriving.

Yes I can open the app, I'm also getting crashes through the browser as well.

incompatible app in market

OK I'm having a problem with my Samsung infuse 4G. I just put ice cream sandwich on my phone and ever since some apps are now incompatible with my device that were compatible so is this something I can fix or is this something I just have to deal with. Anyone with any advice will be much appreciated. Thanks for your time.
Depends on the app.. I know a lot that didn't update from GB. Flash is a big one of the top of my head. If you have a TB backup you could try to restore it that way.

Yeah I'm not sure I read alot of posts talking about editing the build.prop file to trick the market and I followed the instructions and it still didn't work. Also read a few posts about it being a problem with the LCD density tried changing the settings and still incompatible apps in the market.

What apps. I will try to download some to see. My DPI is set to 213. I'm on cm10.1 though. What ICS ROM are you usingM

I just encountered another problem I'm able to send and receive SMS messages but I can't send or receive MMS messages I'm starting to think that this whole rooting the phone and custom roms isn't worth it unless I can resolve these issues. Anyone else having these issues, or does anyone have the solutions. Thanks for your time.

What apps are causing issues. I know the first time I went to ICS I had to adjust my APN settings. With the amount of people running ICS and JB without issue I'm sure we can help you through it.
Sent from my SGH-I997 using xda app-developers app
By the way I'm running the infinitium rom the newest version.
Sent from my SGH-I997 using xda app-developers app
I know a lot of development has stopped for ICS. Try moving up to JB. Either Scots cm10.1 or akop. Both are great.
Akop

Cm10.1

And if your on att try this for your MMS issue.

Does everything work on JB
Sent from my SGH-I997 using xda app-developers app
Practically everything, except a select few like hdmi and 720p video recording.
4.2.1 is still missing a few options that need to be merged, but its quickly making progress.
I just got the latest 4.2.1 and everything works like a charm so far... Love it!

Snapchat for Tab 2 7

I there a modified snapchat apk that will be compatible with the Galaxy Tab 2? Right now if you sideload it the FFC is messed up.

That's weird. It says it's not compatible with my P3113. I don't really care I have it on my SIII anyway.
I would very much like such a thing as a modded apk so it would be compatible with all tab 2 7" because i'm still not able to download this app and there has been no update on the playstore allowing me to download..help??
I'm in the same boat... What ROM are you running?

This may have been a different error, but the solution may help you. It sort of expands on macbrovin's suggestion.
Worth a try though.

SGH-I317 on SkyNote 10, lost root, WiFi

Hi all,
I recently upgraded my Note 2 to Android 4.3 using the SN10 ROM, and everything went smoothly with the exception that I haven't been able get root back (flashing the SuperSU 1.8 update does nothing) and Wi-Fi (the modem zip did nothing when I flashed it from TWRP, and the instructions say to load a file with Odin, except Odin cannot load .img files!)
Any help would be appreciated. I'm a computer engineer and I've been using custom ROMs since my HTC iPAQ PDA so I'm not a noob when it comes to this things.
TIA,
Erik

Forgot to add that I already tried clearing caches, etc... with no success. Wi-Fi toggle goes to on and then flips itself back off instantly.
Sent from my SGH-I317 using xda app-developers app
Ok so reinstalled SuperSU from the Play store, turns out that one was a PEBKAC error. Any leads on how I can fix my WiFi though? Thanks!!!
Erik

Bump? Anyone? I would rather ask directly in the ROM's thread but I have to get past the 10 post limit first.
Sent from my SGH-I317 using xda app-developers app
Also, every time I reboot the screen shows "Android is upgrading". Makes me wonder if I need to do something to make it finish before my WiFi will work again?
