put some commands at build.prop check minicm10 rom for example it has a custom theme set as default

No you can't just replace framework-res.apk from other Rom.. you need to decompile it and edit it.!

What if both the Roms are based on cm 9.1 build 11 and the only difference is launcher and lockscreen
Don't worry I will not post in xda due to copyright. I like bulletproof latest Xperia cm 9 Rom but I also need lockscreen no matter how much buggy it is.

Hey guys I want to ask how to resize a launcher from apktools...I want to resize twlauncher 4.5...I've searched like hell on Google but no luck.. If anybody can guide me to resize it or anybody can resize and give me..then I'll be very thankful...
