Flash a stock rom for your specif8c device model, reference here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1722745

Try to booting download mode and in cwm, select data reset. Reboot and see if you can get it to boot now. Note this will delete all installed apps and data

You have a couple of options, try doing a factory reset through CWM like uberNoobZA said, but if that doesn't work you may just have to flash a new ROM.
You can flash one of the custom ROMs available for Galaxy Tab 2 through CWM, or you can flash a completely stock ROM via Odin.
Be aware that if you flash a stock ROM via Odin you are going to lose CWM and the stock Samsung recovery will be flashed in its place.
I think you should try out one of the custom ROMs first, because most of them are much more usable than any stock ROM Samsung has released so far xD
EDIT: If you are dead set on keeping your current ROM, try doing a nandroid backup and then restoring that nandroid backup in CWM. This worked for me once on a Samsung Galaxy S that wasn't booting ^_^

[Q] Boot splash into CWM recovery mode

I tried to install Tab2Lite RC3 on my tablet following the instructions listed on the link: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1888179&highlight=boot but now my tablet is not booting. I had CM10 Nightlies build on it before so rooted it before and I just went on starting from step 2 in the descriptions. I hope my tablet is not bricked What do I have to do to fix this?
*EDIT* I mean to say when I boot the tablet it shows the splash then goes to CWM recovery mode!
I think reflash cwm 6.0.10 or 6.0.1.2 via pc odin
Then reflash rom but before make a factory reset ( will lose user data) and delete cash and dalvik
Or try a different rom as aokp or cm10 from www.teamhacksung.org

Are you saying that you tried to root a custom ROM? What model tab is this?

[Q] GT P6200 How do I install stock recovery

Hi, I'm kind of new here and i'm trying to figure out where i can get and how i would install the galaxy tab 7.0 plus stock recovery using ODIN. I tried installing CM10.1 and i got stuck on boot screen, so I used ODIN to flash in the official 4.1.2 JB and now after the samsung screen the tab goes dark then bootloops. I read in a troubleshooting site that flashing in the stock recovery would fix that but they didn't put up any download links or tutorials. I'm stumped.

If you go into the recovery mode and go through with a factory reset, there is a possibility it will fix the boot loop. At least with my Galaxy Ace it fixes the boot loop after restoring the stock firmware.

[Q] N8013 bootloop, no recovery, only Odin

Hello all,
Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 N8013
stock firmware 4.1.2
custom recovery TWRP
rooted
I try to boot up the tablet and it gets stuck at the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 boot screen. I try to enter recovery, but the TWRP splash screen flashes quickly and the tablet reboots itself. I can only go into Odin mode. I've tried flashing everything, but no success. Odin tells me that it was successful, but once it reboots, it still gets stuck at that Galaxy Note screen. I've tried flashing different recoveries, flashing the most recent recovery, firmware, using different Odin versions, re-installing the drivers a countless amount of times with no luck. I try to get into ADB mode, but it doesn't show up either. I would just be happy to get my recovery or adb again so I can flash it properly. Any help is greatly appreciated, thank you.

When you boot into twrp don't hold vol up + power + home too long. Just hold it till you see the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 splash screen and it will do the job

Hi,
have you tried Philz touch? I had a few problems with TWRP, too. Also make sure you are really using the right version for your device.

Galaxy Note 10.1 (N8010) Brick Stuck on "Galaxy note 10.1" logo

I updated via settings panel to the new firmware and my tablet stopped working afterwards and is stuck on samsung logo. I can still enter CWM Recovery but wipe data and cache does not work. I tried flashing original rom via download mode and odin and nothing works. Also tried flashing via CWM from the sd and the tablet crashes and restarts itself. I took my tablet to samsung and they told me that my processor was locked( What?) and the tablet cannot be fixed. Please help me!
Recovery mounts and storage .
