you can flash recovery from directly your phone using the "flash_image" command...
no need to use fastboot on pc..

Put any recovery.img file in system/bin folder from sd card using a root explorer... then, from terminal, type "flash_image recovery recovery.img"... i havent tried it yet, but it should work..

I always imply you have at least Busybox installed, otherwise the binaries that come with most stock ROMs won't do much.

If you need to install apps, you can do it via ADB from you computer:

It pushes and installs the application.

i ve tried it but theres no use of it as it crashed my music player it gives FCs everytime i launch it so its pretty much useless please can u find any other source of beats audio!!:fingers-crossed:
For this your phone must be rooted
And install it run and reboot your phone or just remove and insert the bettery again.
Once check superuser permission and root permissions.

my phone is rooted alright and i ve restarted it too but still not working btw i m using jaggy rom 3 !!!

Remember that jaggy rom 3 has XLoud Engine installed and u may have to uninstall XLoud Engine first (not sure , i'm just assuming that)

I've installed Beats Audio zip from recovery, changed sound effects, but when I'm playing a music and changing sound effect, I didn't notice any difference too. What's wrong?

I copied apk file into system/app and other file into system/lib then set the permissions and rebooted the device.
after reboot i change the file type to system app and re installed it again.
This method worked out for me.

try this
strictly follow the instructions :
download both the files from the link
first copy the launcher to system<apps the mount ro then paste
press and hold seclauncher then set permissions -rw-r-r-
now do the same for the libs just go to the libs folder
after all these reboot
and i'll add the link to original thread .

Hi just here to help u guys out for applying any theme u want for ur cm9 , aokp , cm 10 etc
First method:
Follow these steps and u can apply any theme
1) download solid explorer from play store
2). Go to system->build.prop
3). Open with SE text editor
4). Scroll down to third paragraph
#density of dpi ( this is the starting of third paragraph)
5). Now change the last line
[ ro.sf.lcd _density=160 ]
To
[ ro.sf.lcd_density =140 ]
6). Then save and reboot
7). Then go to setting and apply any theme u
Want. ( if dialogue box cums hit apply
Anyway )
8). After applying cum back to solid explorer- system- build.prop
9). Change the dpi. Value again from 140 to 160.
10). Then save and reboot...
11). Enjoy any theme

No method bro , we hav to resize the theme fully , just few official MDPI themes available and those are by "A.C.R Development" which can be find on xda as well as play store.

Sorry if spam,, i am using AOKP modded Experia rom for HTC Pico.. all works really well but when i send APK files from my system through bluetooth it says that u dont have sufficient Privileges.. previously i have used CM9, CM10, Jaggyrom, experia rom by ayushrox it was working well.. APK files used to send n receive properly.. kindly help..
