[Q] How do i get % battery icon

how do i get 1% battery icon on rooted Nexus S 4G with sprint stock rom. thanxs

I use battery indicator, a free app from the market. I have not found a setting within the phone that does it natively. I imagine this has to do with the fact that the battery icon is now vertical, and the numbers would be too small to read. Seems like a silly step backward for Google to take with Gingerbread. Hopefully they fix that with Ice Cream Sandwich.

yes plz!!!!! that would be awesome!! my NS4G is just rooted i havent changed the rom or anything thanxs man! something in stock green would be sick like Smooth Circle or stock battery icon with % thanxs again.

ok thanxs again one more question if ive flashed other zips for battery i can flash this one with no prob right? i mean ive flashed 3 diff ones that i made so this one would work to right?

hey man this is awesome just one thing i noticed. At the lock screen, If you just pull the "unlock" bar or the "sound on/off" a little bit, there's like a white discoloration from the natural grey that the bars have. Is there anyway you can fix this because this battery indicator is just awesome.

Since scrosler posted a fixed framework-res.apk for 2.23 that fixes the apn list for AT&T use (in another thread, and in his roms)
I havent seen a modified one for Rogers/Fido users.

This one is modified for Rogers/Fido, is compatible with the Nocturnal Mods, and is flashable via recovery.
Reset your apn list after flash/bootup.
I'll be making one with a full list of all the carriers that sell our phones, but for now this is the rogers/fido version.

I lost active signal bars after installing this. For LTE only. Shows proper active signal bars on HSPA though. On MoDaCo 2.23 ROM.

Edit: I found a flashable mod.
Is there a flashable zip mod to add ambient display on the Nexus 5?
I don't want to flash a new ROM and have to set everything up again.

I dont know, but the note 3+4 and the s5 have a fully transparent statusbar, the s4 doesnt

I dont think its will be gone, if is gone it wont work on overlay style, but ill give it a shot

This is over write style, which means there is no modification on any system app

Download the zip file, then extract it and take the apk inside, then go to system/vender and create a folder with the name "overlay" then correct the permissions of the folder then paste th apk inside the overlay folder and correct the permissions

Im working on solving it, thats why its v1

this is the correct folder permissions
the apk permission are like that too but unmark the 3 Execute

You can create key store file.
My only issue is the inability to customize incallui buttons/background. It's nice to have but unless I figure that out I'll just stick to the old fashion way.

You can just download a package disabler and install it. Apply theme and then through package disabler disable theme center and theme service with clearing their data. Dats it

click on menu and there you will find the option to extract and upload apk. from their you will get the apk
