I was following the tutorial http://forums.androidcentral.com/t-lg-phoenix-thrive/167630-stock-gb-kernel-lg-p505.html and Something went wrong. The flash of the cm7nightly failed I cant remember the error it gave me, just lots of writing. My stupid self... tried to install the Kernels thinking they would help. (I know) I KNOW!!!!!!! dont give me crud about that.
I exited and tried to reboot.
It did not boot properly. I went back into CWM (which I had at the time) and Nandroid restored my system. Seemed to work. but when It rebooted I had no touch screen. Tried to go back into CWM and go thru the mount usb and copy over stock kernel and stock rom. alass, no joy. It would not connect to transfer files.
I then... Restored using kdz updater. in emergincy mode. Thinking , Take it all back. But still.... I have a fully stock phone with....... all the sudden
NO TOUCH SCREEN.
Any thoughts?
Just fixed the cwm and the data transfer problem. Installed a 505 stock kernel. Still no touch screen.

I faced this problem while ago..
If you still have your nandroid backup you could try restoring it, first wiping EVERYTHING, except the sd card,, and then restoring,,, but if you say that you flashed the stock p505 firmware, and it didn'd worked, i would say is hardware related....

I formated everything except sd card 2 times Reloaded my Nandroid backup. and no go. still no touch screen. Its just odd how a hardware issue would come up after a failed install of an os. Oh well. Guess i got a new paperweight.
Also, I have noticed the phone does not seem to reboot. it always just shuts off. Humm... I got the phone from a friend... maybe he did drop it one two many times.

Don't use ROM Manager!!!!
It'll brick your phone!!!!
Don't even think of installing ROM Manager on your phone. All it's gonna do is brick your phone....
So my advice is, abstain from using ROM Manager until they officially support our phone.
Till then, use the unofficial port of Clockwork Recovery Mod by tj_style.
the complete package is also attached with this post.
DO NOT FLASH IT ON FROYO!!!

Edit (17-8-12)
It seems like adityam533 has found a method to make ROM manager work on G-Fit.
For further details, go >>>here<<<
yes thanks for the heads up. anyway, ROM manager does recognize and uploads a rom for Galaxy Mini which is not for Fit. The newest Rom Manager can detect the ported CWM recovery so it might be seeing our phone as Galaxy Mini. Installing from it could brick your phone in the process. Last night I did flashed the Touch enabled CWM recovery thru CWM Recovery Mode from the other post and it worked fine.
Yes... I had corrupted my motherboard...last week

It is true. Britch S5670 was due to this program. The guarantee, they did change the motherboard.

But I still can't understand why rom manager can destroy the motherboard.
If this is the truth, any other rooted android program can do such things to destroy your phone.
I don't think the phone factory might do such a design.
It's too dangerous to use this phone!

Well ROM Manager doesn't, flashing the CWM Recovery with it bricks the phone, my theory is that some of the data gets lost, or maybe the ROM Manager just can't write to the RFS partition, or doesn't support it completely, at least the one on our phone, it formats the whole phone, but that's only my stupid theory =)

Yes, I also think that maybe the cwm recovery bricked my phone, maybe some of the data lost, maybe ....
But why odin can't overwrite all of the mistakes?
There must be somthing that odin can't overwrite but rom manager can write.
What's this?

it cant undo the mistakes because the "ARM11BOOT.img" is corrupted, basicly, you cant even turn on your phone, at all, so that means no download mode

Try that first before going to a service centre. Seriously, might actually solve your problem xD. I'd recommend removing the battery though and leaving it for about a day. If that doesn't solve your problem then LG Centre, or a new phone?
Have you tried calibrating the screen?
Create a file called "calibration.ini" and stick it in the root of your SD card.
Reboot and don't touch the screen until your OS is fully loaded. Then, delete calibration.ini and reboot again.
okay, thanks for your attention

I just installed the cyanogen 10 mod to my blaze and tried it. i went to this file manager that told me to reroot my phone so that I may be able to use it better. I went to odin to reroot it again but i accidentally used the original blaze.pit file on it and when it rebooted it showed me the original samsung starter instead of the cyanogen mod starter. That wasn't the problem, the problem was it never went in to the phones home screen or apps. Instead it continues to show the samsung logo and the flying android over and over again. I tried using the SGH-T769-hitsquad tar file to fix it (i need to mention that i bricked it once before and used this tar file to fix it) but it keeps taking me to the samsung logo. I can't even try to factory restore it because it just starts acting strange when I go to the menu. I can still go into download mode, i've gone searching for a file or anything to help me fix it but i can't find anything. Please, any suggestions?!
Here's a link to stock Tmo Blaze tar's from GB to ICS. ICS is the UVLH5 file. I suggest download that one.. then flash that file through odin.. dont include a Blaze pit file. just PDA file which is the one you'll download.
EDIT:
They're the ones ontop of the page that says Firmwares for SGH-T769 - USA (T-Mobile)
Let me know if it works for you.

It also isn't registering on my PC so I cant drag any files to it. It comes up that there is 2 drives, but they are grayed out, like I cant open or click on them. Ive heard of NVflash but cant figure out how to use it, not sure if I can since I cant drag and drop files on my droid.

About odin
Sewrizer said:
You can go in cwm recovery->mounts and storage-> mount sd card or usb storage then connect phone to PC. After connecting it, you copy a rom to sd card and gapps if necessary and then perform a full wipe and flash the rom along with gapps.
If the mounts and storage thing doesn't work, put your sd card in an adapter or another phone and connect it to pc and move the rom and gapps there then put the sd card back in your phone, full wipe and flash.
If this doesn't work, do a restock with odin with a rom from sammobile. If you don't know how to do it, send a reply to my post and I will give you some instructions.

Ok so, I've download ODIN and I have the ROM in a zip file in the internal memory but ODIN just takes .tar, .md5, smd, gz and tgz and I don't get odin to cominucate with the phone, ID COM never gets blue and Sammobile seems to be for Samsung phones
I would just perform a factory reset, wipe cache and dalvik cache. then try a reboot, if that doesn't work then you can mount the SD Card via mounts and storage> mount usb storage and then try a few different roms and if possible try find a stock recovery that someome else has posted and the correct Gapps. Try reflashing CWM too. Hope that helps
I have a Galaxy Proclaim that I had previously flashed Area Rom onto. It worked fine until I went into the settings and reset the phone. Now it just boots into recovery mode. I can still get it into download mode and tried using odin to reflash both the original and modded kernel. I even tried restoring a nandroid backup I made of the device a while back. The last thing i tried was the one click unbrick but that didn't work either.
Thanks in advance,
