[Q][I9023][JB][CM10]Can we get the Nexus 7's rotation lock, on our notification bars?

Question in title basically.
Nexus 7 has screen rotation lock next to settings button, can we get that in some way?

Just install paranoid android ( http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1668719) and set phablet ui, it will make little smaller the notification bar but you will have the new shortcut. Here's how it will be the new notification area (look the second image):

Minimise icon for GBoard is taking an extra row on pixel 2 running android 10. Does anyone know how to hide it or remove it?
I tried reducing keyboard size from settings, but its still taking extra row
