Can anyone tell me how to root Galaxy tab2 p310 ???
odin, cmw method doesnt work.
Please help.

Hi. I tried this method and done. Google this : (Install ClockWorkMod Recovery and Rooting Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 (GT-P3100).

Hi mrigoo,
I have the P3110 model with 4.0.3. I did root my SGT2 7" following this thread, and it worked like a charm:

What firmware have you installed in your gtab2? LD4?
Some users report that this method does not work anymore on this new fw.
And can anyone confirm if flash the new recovery from PC ODIN will increase binary counter?

Hello! im just curious on how to flash the ICS firmware on my tab plus..
i have p6200..
my question is that.. should i install root and cwm before i can flash the ICS firmware for australia.. i've been waiting forever for the ICS here in the Philippines.. theye said that it would be release this august but still no firmware in samfirmware.com
so please help me...
and kindly post the links for the cmw and rooting guides.. thank you!

[Q] Galaxy S2 HD ( SHV-E120L) can't flash CWM on Stock ICS

Please help! I purchased samsung galaxy s2 hd lte model SHV-E120L and the firmware is already upgraded to stock ICS. I wanted to flash CWM and root this device... but the CWM doesn't seem to work on this firmware. Please please please help, downgrading to Gingerbread or any other methods that will get this device to be rooted just tell me,please....

I have the same issue with the phone. I saw a couple of sites in korea but couldn't figure it out how to download from there (for registering it requires korean works )

Can you please describe exactly how you tried to flash CWM recovery on your device?
Did you unlock the bootloader before flashing CWM?

I'm fairly useful with a pc but even im struggling to find a concrete root procedure for a galaxy tab 2 10.1 p5110
and just for reference does it matter if im running jelly bean 4.2.2
Any links for a root thats proven?

Also if you want to install a custom rom from stock you could follow this guide http://wiki.cyanogenmod.org/w/Install_CM_for_p5110 . You dont need to root as it comes already rooted and without all the useless bloatware that the stock firmware comes preloaded.

I haven't done this in a while so could use some help. I'm currently rooted on Jb 4.1.2 sungsonic HD by adi. My model # says it's on gt-p3100 but I'm sure it really is gt-p3113. Question is can I just flash a new 4.4.2 or 4.4.4 rom or do I have to do something with Odin before I could start flashing Kitsap rooms? Thanks for any help

You need to first and foremost determine the exact model# of your tab. After that you will need to update your recovery to the absolute latest whether its CWM, TWRP or Philz and them you can flash one of the new KK 4.4.x ROMs of your choice. The big thing for you is the correct model# Get that wrong and its all down hill from there. Get your new recovery from here:http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2548257 After that grab any ROM They are all great IMHO. Good Luck
