How can recompile Settings.apk ?does anyone know the methods that changes the menu Mouse/trackpad settings?

I tried both the official CM10 nightly and RaymanFX's B4. Both work smoothly and reliably. But there are still things I miss from the stock ASUS, and I wonder if there is a workaround or fix:
1. There is no Hebrew layout for the physical keyboard. the settings doesn't have this option. I looked at /system/usr/keylayout and /system/usr/keychars and there are files for hebrew (asusec-iw_IL.kl, kcm). I even tried to copy the files over another language that exists in the settings but this didn't help
2. when I plug the HDMI cable, there is no icon, and I didn't find a way to hide the status bar to allow full screen on the tv
3. in the ASUS rom there is an option in the settings to configure the right mouse key (when connecting an external mouse). is there a way to configure the right key to 'back'
4. is there a way to disable trackpad pinch to zoom? when I scroll in the browser, it always zoom in/out a little all the time
5. is there a way to reverse the scrolling gesture direction for the trackpad (to be like normal pc's)

I have one general question regarding connection mouse into tablet (ASUS Phonepad 7). I can connect mouse via usb and it works. But I would like to customize mouse button (example: If I press left button on mouse, tablet run app)
Does exist any application which allow me to customize mouse button?

Hi, guys.
I connected my xbox controller via OTG and it works good in game, but it's working wired in just system operation.
The D-pad and left joystick works right to go through the menu, but every other key is defined as "confirm". You click any these button on the app icon, it launches the app; you click any these button in the menu, it goes to the sub-menu.
So, is there possibility to modify some configuration files to fix this? All I want is some keys mapped as the three classic keys.

P.S. I've tried some devices on 4.2 to 4.4, and I will try to find something on 5.0.

You can add OTG button after dragging down notification bar end editing quick tiles.
