Installation aborted while installing Jelly Bean - RAZR HD Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I've been following these instructions for installing Jelly Bean on my Droid Razr Maxx HD and when I get to the Android System Recovery I go to select the update files and after it says...
-- Install /sdcard ...
Finding update package...
Opening update package...
Verifying update package...
E: Failed to verify whole-file signature
E: signature verification failed
Installation aborted.
I thought I followed the instructions step by step. What could be causing this error?

If you are following the steps exactly, have you checked the MD5 Sum of the JB.zip to make sure it isn't bad?

They don't give the original md5 sum. I re-downloaded it and got a different error.

Have you installed the cwm or the twrp? Because if not your phone has the stock recovery that accept only file signed from your manufacturer
If you are using twrp recovery then it has option to disable signature verification.

Disable Android Lollipop Encryption

Hello everybody,
I managed to port a rom on my bluboo Xtouch (Mtk6753 android lollipop 5.1) and I modified the boot.img and google enabled Security encryption.
So now in security encryption is forced
A screenshot from my security settings

}
And I can't change it. So I tried to reinstall the stock original ROM and also format whole flash with SP flash tool.
But nothing changes the data are still encrypted and I can't continue to develop my rom and install it with TWRP. I have always this error in recovery "E: Unable to mount '/data' "
I also tried to unlock the bootloader and did many factory reset...
If anyone has an idea ?
thanks in advance

Can't go back to EMUI

Hello everybody, I recentely installed a custom ROM but now I was trying to get back to EMUI cause I didn't enjoy it a lot. I extracted .img files from UPDATE.APP file and tried to flash them but i get some errors: "cust: remote partition error" and "system: remote sparse flash writing failure". I think there are some problems with partitions... For now I only manage to install custom ROMs. Any ideas?
EDIT: I noticed another strange thing... Look at the system partition!

Nexus 5 stuck on Google Logo: failed to mount /cache (Invalid argument)

Hello, I bought a Nexus 5 on ebay to because I wanted to put Ubuntu Touch on it, but it is stuck on the Google Loading Screen with the 4 dots.
I have tried going into to recovery mode, and wiped data/factory, as well as the cache partition, but in recovery mode, it says "failed to mount /cache (Invalid argument).
I have read that re-flashing the stock rom could fix it, but the bootloader is locked, so I cannot flash the stock rom. Can someone give me some pointers on what to try next.
